It is New Year's Eve! We celebrated at supper with pretend champagne and then we went to Andrew and Abby's house for a party. I stayed up til after the clock struck twelve so I could use my noisemakers. Julia was even awake most of the time! We both fell asleep on the way home though.

Julia climbed up on the wood floor today! I was putting together a puzzle and she really wanted those pieces. We tried to get her to do it again with Daddy watching but she only made it part way that time. After supper we went shopping and Daddy gave me gum but I swallowed it - I was very upset and told him he couldn't tell Mommy because she wanted me to be five before I could have gum.

I have been playing with all my new toys today while Mommy took our Christmas tree down - she said she was getting tired of pulling Julia away from it. I ate supper with Jason, Alyssa, and Tanner at the mall while Mommy worked - Daddy and Julia came too. Julia showed them her tongue trick - they thought that was pretty funny.

We had to pack everything up to take back to Sioux Falls today - we stopped at the airport to say good-bye to Aunt Bridget and then Julia and I slept all the way home.

Aunt Bridget and Mommy went rollerskating with me at Skate Away this morning! Daddy and Julia came along too - Mommy even pushed Julia in her stroller for awhile. Then Julia and I played with Grandma and Grandpa Ivey.

We had Christmas with Grandma and Grandpa Robinson today and Bridget was there too so we played lots with all my new toys. After Julia went to bed, we went out to the hot tub - that was fun!

Santa Claus came to our house! He brought me my doll with clothes in a bag just like I asked for and a bike! Julia got a shopping cart and a doll too! After breakfast we drove to Aberdeen and had Christmas with Grandma and Grandpa Ivey.

Mommy and Daddy gave me new bathtub crayons this morning so then I took a bath! Daddy came home at lunchtime and we all ate at the "Lobster Store", my favorite place. I opened another gift and then we all went to church. Julia and I fell asleep on the way home so Mommy and Daddy drove around for a bit and then we woke up and opened all the rest of our gifts! Merry Christmas!!!

We went to Gillian's house today so I could give her a Christmas present. She gave me and Julia one too!! Then after lunch we met Mary and had Christmas with her too. Daddy, Julia, and I watched a movie tonight while Mommy worked.

We went to NE today to see Great-Grandma Sunderman! Grandma and Grandpa Robinson and Aunt Bridget were there too. We played with another little girl, Morgan (Mommy's cousin's daughter) for awhile and then we ate out for supper before heading back to Sioux Falls. Julia and I fell asleep right away so Daddy just put us to bed when we got home.

I slept til noon today with Daddy! I stayed up til 2am at the party last night so I was really tired. We just stayed at home today and rested lots.

Mommy and Daddy had a Christmas party tonight - Gillian, Andrew and Abby came too so we played my new dart board (it is magentic!) and with all my toys too. Mommy had a lot of food for people to eat and I even got pretend sparkling wine too!

I had my Christmas program today! We sang Jingle Hands, Away in the Manger, and This Little Light of Mine. I even wore angel wings and a halo for part of it and talked into a microphone. Then we had cookies and juice with everyone.

I helped Mommy make lots of cookies today - I dipped pretzels in chocolate too! Then I thought I should cut Mommy's homework for her while she was feeding Julia - she wasn't very impressed. Tonight was her last night of school so Daddy and I shoveled after Julia went to bed.

I had my Christmas party at preschool today! We opened gifts (I got a pretty necklace and bracelet from Erika) and played Put the Carrot Nose on the Snowman. We made gingerbread ornaments too and then I gave Mommy and Daddy the present I made them - A Christmas Tree Ornament with my picture on it! After supper was my last Kindermusic class so we had cookies there too and Miss Myra gave us bird masks!

We ate with Jason, Alyssa, and Tanner tonight at the mall. After Julia was in bed, I played with Jason while Daddy took the truck to Mommy because the weather was getting very bad!

We came home from Pierre after breakfast and then Daddy put up his dartboard today. Mommy decided he could have it early since he wanted his friends to be able to play it at their party. Uncle Tom came over for supper tonight too!

We went to Pierre today! We met Grandma and Grandpa Ivey for lunch with Daddy's Uncle Rich and Cindy and then we went over to Aaron's house. Aaron and Alyssa came with us to see the pretty trees at the Capitol and we fed the geese on the lake too. Then we ate supper out and slept over at Aaron's!

We went driving around to look at Christmas lights tonight and Julia and I got to be in our pajamas! They were very pretty - Daddy even wrapped me a in blanket and walked me over to the falls because they were all lit up and changed colors too!

I had preschool today and we learned about the letter K. Then we all went to the angel tree and I took a game to put under it and then we came back to school and practiced singing for the program! After supper I got my haircut and then Daddy had to go to darts. I haven't been taking naps lately so I go to bed at 8 now and I have been sleeping til 8 in the morning too!

We had Dena and Gillian come over this morning to play. Mommy said in May Gillian will be a big sister just like me! Mommy had school so Daddy and I played with Julia all night - she is really trying hard to get this crawling thing down. She really just drags herself but it is pretty neat, that is until she gets to my toys!

We had lots of snow today so I didn't have preschool or music class - I was very sad about it too! I helped Mommy wrap presents though and we watched Julia work on her crawling!

Uncle Tom came over tonight and went shopping with us while Mommy worked. When we got home I wanted to wrap presents again but Daddy said I had to wait for Mommy to do that so I was very mad because I like to wrap!

Julia tried to crawl today!! I was upstairs with Mommy so we missed it at first but she tried again later and we saw it - she is still much better at rolling though. She can sit up longer now too! I helped Mommy wrap presents today - I cut and folded and put tape on them!

I forgot to tell you that Julia had crackers last night while we ate and she really liked them!! Daddy had to work this morning so we just stayed in our pjs and played until after lunch - it was fun!

We went to Gigglebees tonight because I had 10 stickers on my bedtime chart again!! But I didn't like Wilbur until we are almost ready to go home. Everytime he came by I put my head on the table to "hide" - Mommy said we went there when I was little and I didn't like it then either.

Julia got stuck under the dining room table today -she even rolled right over the bottom of the chairs!! Uncle Tom came over tonight and we went to shopping while Mommy was in class.

We learned about the letter J in preschool today - so we talked about Jesus and Jingle Bells! I get to sing in a Christmas program in a few weeks so we are practicing!! Daddy took me to music class tonight and next week is our last week so Mommy said Julia can come watch me.

Julia was very crabby this morning - she didn't sleep very well Mommy said - so we packed up and headed home. She slept the whole way back! After supper, Mommy put up the Christmas tree and lights and once Julia was in bed I helped hang all the ornaments - that was a lot of fun!!

Julia and I napped with Daddy while Mommy and Grandma shopped today. Then Mommy and Daddy went out for supper and to a movie so we got to play with Grandma and Grandpa Robinson all night! I even helped Grandma hang ornaments on the itty bitty tree she has.

Happy Thanksgiving!!! We went to Aberdeen this morning but on the way Daddy got a ticket for driving too fast so he had to have a time-out in the police car. We ate lunch at Grandma and Grandpa Robinson's house and then we went to visit Grandma and Grandpa Ivey before they left out of town.

Daddy and I went to Disney on Ice tonight! It was so much fun - Goofy fell down twice and I laughed. Lilo and Stich skated, Peter Pan and Wendy flew and Captain Hook had a big boat, and Ariel was there too!! I came home and told Mommy all about it and told her next year she and Julia can come too.

Happy 50th Birthday Grandpa Ivey!!! It snowed so I went outside to help Daddy shovel our driveway and Jackie's too. We even made snow angels - Mommy and Julia watched us. After my nap, we decorated for Christmas but we didn't put up our tree yet.

I made a Thanksgiving card for Mommy and Daddy today at school. I had to take something for show and tell what letter it started with so I took Dora for "D"!! After my nap, we went to Brandon to play with Andrew and Abby and then we ate supper at the new McDonalds there. On our way over to eat, I asked Mommy if we were going to eat supper in Andrew's "world" (Brandon) - Mommy thought that was pretty funny.

We played outside today because it was SO nice and then we ate supper at Chuck E Cheese with Jason, Alyssa, and Tanner! While Mommy was cleaning I decided to shampoo my hair - Daddy pointed out that I should have been in the tub instead of standing at the sink and having my hair wet first usually helps. I wasn't too happy to when they made me lay under the kitchen sprayer so they could fix it either!

We went to the zoo with Mommy's friend Jill and her family! I ran around with Erin and showed her the giraffes. We ate pumpkin ice cream today in class and made insects out of playdo!! Mommy and Julia met Lexxy's mom and sister at the mall while we were in preschool - they had fun. Daddy didn't have darts tonight so we all went out to eat at Tom's restaurant and I went back in the kitchen and he showed me the big refridgerator - we walked inside it!!

Mommy is so excited because Julia is starting to eat babyfood again! She was on a foodstrike for the last couple of weeks but Mommy tried again this morning and she opened her mouth! I slept in my big girl bed last night for the first time in months so Mommy and Daddy were pretty proud of me too.

We learned about the letter I in preschool and talked about ice cubes, insects and ice cream! We painted turkeys and had to tell our teacher what we were thankful for so she could decorate the bulletin board with our sayings. I said I was thankful for my school and my mom and dad too!

It snowed!! There was snow all over houses, trees, and the ground when I woke up! We went outside after my nap but it had rained and turned the snow all crunchy so that wasn't any fun at all. Daddy took me and Julia to the mall and we met Jason, Alyssa, and Tanner! I like playing with Tanner - he's big, he is 6 years old!!

Julia was baptised today!! I played with Gillian in church very quietly and we danced to all the songs. Julia didn't even get mad when they sprinkled water on her head. We had lunch with everyone afterwards and opened Julia's presents and then had cake too!

I had my Halloween party today and all my friends came! We all wore our costumes and played a ghost bean bag toss, ghost bowling, bingo, and we went on a spider hunt!! We had fun snacks too - jello jigglers, pumpkin and ghost cookies, and pumpkin muffins!! It was sure lots of fun!

I told Mommy that Mrs. LuAnne asked me what I want to be when I grow up and I said a Doctor! Mommy and I made jello jigglers and cookies for my party tomorrow. I went to the firestation today with my class!! We saw the firefighter's mask and tank - it was like a scuba-divers! They had a kitchen and an exercise room to get strong and we watched a movie there too.

Julia had her Dr appt today and she is 18lbs 4 oz and 26 inches long. She had to have three shots but she didn't even cry too much! Andrew and Abby came over to play afterwards and then we all went out for lunch. Julia rolled all the way over to the dining room today and almost under the table! Then I shined a flashlight up on the ceiling and wiggled it around and Julia just laughed and laughed at me. After supper Jason came over and we went shopping with him and Daddy while Mommy went to school.

We learned about the letter F today and made funny face snacks and talked about fires and fire drills. Our teacher even had a beeper go off so could pretend there was a fire alarm! We learned how to crawl to a phone and dial 911 too. Thursday we get to go to the firestation and see real firefighters and a real firetruck! Mommy took me to music class tonight- Miss Myra was gone so we had Mr. Dell and I was a bit shy with him but it was still fun.

We went to church this morning and then after our nap we drove to Newton Hills so we could have a nature walk and picnic BUT the ladybugs were swarming everywhere and it wasn't very much fun so we just drove around instead and then came home.

This morning was "G is for Giraffe" class at the zoo and Daddy took me. It was a lot of fun - they read us a story, we made a telescope, and looked at the giraffes. After Julia and I had our nap we went to the apple orchard! Then we grilled and went on a walk in the bike trailer but Julia fell asleep so we didn't get to go very far. Daddy got his telescope out after we got home and we looked at the moon!!

We went to the library this morning for story time and Dena and Gillian were there! They read us stories about apples and we watched a movie too and then they stamped our hands. Mommy gave Julia her first biscuit today - I think she really liked it!

We walked to the park today and Mommy pushed Julia in her stroller and I pushed my doll, Boo, in her stroller. I even took Boo down the slides with me. It was fun until I fell down on the way home and hit my head on the sidewalk. I wanted Mommy to carry me and my doll stroller home after that but she couldn't so we had to just sit and wait til I felt better. Daddy had darts tonight so Mommy and I made malts after Julia went to bed!

Gillian came over to play this morning! We dressed up and I showed her how to print coloring pictures off the computer all by myself - Mommy and Dena were pretty surprised when we brought them upstairs and showed them!

We learned about Dinosaurs, Doctor and Dentist tools and drums today in preschool! One little boy is very sick and in the hospital so we all drew him pictures to make him feel better. After my nap, Mommy and I made a scarecrow and named him Joe. I went to music class tonight and Daddy stayed home with Julia. She was kind of crabby so he thinks she is getting a tooth.

Happy 30th Birthday Dena!! We were going to go visit Dena and Gillian but I am still sick so we had to stay home. We did go to the petstore though while Mommy was at her class and Julia sat in the cart for a few minutes all by herself! She really liked looking at the fish there.

We swam again this morning and then ate lunch with Aunt Bridget. We were going to go shopping afterwards but I was very tired so Daddy and I skipped that part and took a nap in the truck. I felt rested then so we went to the Children's Museum and that was SO much fun. They had a little town for me to play in with a doctor's office, a bank, a pizza place, grocery store, and post office! I even pretended to milk a cow at the play farm. It was almost bedtime by the time we got back to Sioux Falls but it was sure a fun trip.

Daddy drove us to Lincoln today and we met Aunt Bridget for lunch and then found our motel. Mommy and Bridget left to shop for wedding gowns for awhile and when they came back we all went swimming and then had supper. We played with my dress up clothes and colored and then it was time for bed.

Daddy and I got my old carseat ready for Julia - I got a new one now and Julia is too big for the baby one. She still has to sit backwards though but I think she likes this one better! I pulled my last ring off my paper chain tonight so as soon as we wake up we get to go to Lincoln!!

We made Blueberry biscuits that looked like bears and ate them for our snack at preschool today! We also had to take baby pictures to share with everyone because B is for Baby. Next week we talk about 'C'. Daddy had darts tonight so Mommy and I watched Survivor after Julia went to bed.

Mommy had her class tonight so Jason came over and we all went shopping. Julia and I both have colds so we haven't been sleeping very well. I hope we feel better soon because pretty soon we get to go to a motel and see Aunt Bridget!! Mommy and I made a paperchain a few days ago and we are taking one ring off every night to count down the days.

I had preschool again this morning and we started making bears because this week we are learning about the letter 'B'. Mommy had to work tonight so Dena and Gillian watched Julia while Daddy and I went to music class. Miss Myra played the trombone and asked if wanted to move the slide for her but it was kind of scary so I just watched.

Mommy didn't have to work tonight so we all went to the Parade of Homes to see the million dollar house - it was very fancy and had lots of potty chairs in it. There were a LOT of people there and I announced in front of everyone that I had a booger to give Mommy - I don't think she was very impressed.

We played outside today and Julia sat in my old swing - Mommy said I am a big girl now and should start using the big girl swing - I am not so sure about that. We all went on a walk too and Julia and I sat in the bike trailer and Daddy pushed us!

Mommy and I walked to the park today - we pushed Julia together in the stroller. Jason and Alyssa came over again tonight but it was my bedtime so I didn't get to play with them - they just came over to be with Mommy and Daddy this time. I made sure to wake up a few times though to see what was going on and finally Mommy just let me sleep on the couch so I could be right by the action.

I went to the apple orchard today with my preschool class! It was raining but I wore my ladybug raincoat. We got to ride on a tractor/wagon to see the apple trees and then we went inside and the lady peeled the apples with a neat apple "machine" and we had apples and apple juice for our snack!

I had preschool again today - I wasn't scared to go today and my teacher was very impressed that I already know all of my letters! We learned about the letter A today and it's for "apple" so Thursday we get to go to the Apple Orchard. After supper it was Mommy's turn to take me to music class!

Daddy took me and Julia to the mall to eat with Jason, Alyssa, and her little boy, Tanner. He is 6 and we had a lot of fun playing in the food court - we saw Gillian there and she played with us for awhile too! Our picture was in the paper today - it was on the front page even!!

Our neighbor, Jackie, had an ice cream party tonight so Mommy and I made cupcakes today to take over there. We met our new neighbors and they have a three year old boy and a baby boy too! I played with him while Mommy and Daddy talked to the grown-ups - it was fun!

We went to the sidewalk festival today - Daddy and I made things out of clay, painted on the sidewalk, made a newspaper hat, and I had a spider painted on my face while Mommy and Julia shopped. We had lunch there too and then we came home for our nap. Jason and Alyssa came over to babysit at supper time so Mommy and Daddy could go out - we had a lot of fun!

I had my first day of preschool today!! Daddy stayed home with Julia so Mommy could stay with me for awhile but she left after I started playing with another girl and I had fun. We read stories, had a snack, talked about our families, colored, and sang songs!! My teacher's name is Mrs. LuAnne and she is really nice! After supper Daddy took me to music class and we danced and sang there.

We all woke up early this morning and drove to the Omaha Zoo - Daddy moved my carseat so I got to sit in the way back, behind Julia! I showed Grandma and Grandpa the neat Monkey restaurant (we ate lunch there) and then we saw the elephants, bears, tigers, and fish! I was pretty tired by the time we were done (Julia just slept in her stroller but I didn't want to miss anything) so I slept all the way home.

We met Dena and Gillian this morning at the zoo and then we had a picnic lunch at the park afterwards - it was fun but sort of chilly! Grandma and Grandpa Robinson came to our house after my nap so I played with them all night.

Mommy took me and Julia to the library to pick out some new stories and a reporter took our picture so we might be in the newspaper!! After supper we all went to my preschool for the open house. I met my teachers but I was pretty shy and wouldn't really look at them or answer any of their questions but I liked to play with all the toys and I found my cubby too - it has my name on it!!

Mommy let me pick out a new backpack today and told me I could put all the things I would need for school in it. So I asked her if I could fit my baby sister in it but I guess she doesn't get to go with. I had my first fall Kindermusic class tonight and Mommy went with! Then we went and played at a park until Andrew and Abby were up and then we woke up Daddy and Julia so we could go to the Aquarium and Fish Hatchery. And we played Duck Duck Goose, made a flamingo with feathers, had a snack, and saw a skunk! They rode the train too but I just watched because I think trains are scary. It was a fun day though and I got a t-shirt at the end of it!!

Julia was sure making a lot of noises today! And she started kicking and getting really excited when Shelby came and laid next to her - it was funny! Mommy said she is only waking up once during her 12 hour stretch at night so she is very happy about that! I got to put a cute gown on and be the patient just like we play at home but I didn't like it when my Dr. wanted me to lay down. She gave me stickers when I was all done though so then it was all ok.

We played with Dena and Gillian at the Pavillion today! I made sure to ask Mommy if Julia could come too because I didn't want her to miss out on the fun.

We had a picnic lunch at the park and then went to the zoo today and I showed Julia how to feed the ducks! Mommy was very excited today because Julia slept for five hours the last two nights - I am not so sure what is so great about that but I guess it makes Mommy happy!

I went potty on the potty chair again and this time I wouldn't even let Mommy come in with me until I was all done!! After supper we all went to the circus - it was so much fun and I told Daddy and Mommy my favorite part was seeing the clowns, even though I was a little scared of them too. Julia just slept through it all so she missed out but maybe next year she will like it!

Dena and Gillian came over to play today and then after my nap Mommy took me and Julia to Shopko and she said I was a very big helper! After supper Don and Dawn came over to see us and they found out how scared I am of stuffed animals now.

Daddy had to go back to work today so it was just us girls all day. We went on a walk this morning and then after supper we gave Julia her first bath because her boo-boo fell off her belly button now! I went potty in my potty chair again tonight so Mommy said pretty soon I can get Dora underwear!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY AUNT BRIDGET!

Happy Easter!! The Easter Bunny came to our house and hid lots of eggs with Jelly Beans inside them and he left me and Julia baskets too!! We all went to church after we played with our new toys and then after my nap, Mommy had an Easter lunch ready for us!

We had an Easter Egg hunt today at Kingdom Kids! Mommy came to pick me up and then we went out for lunch with Daddy and Julia. After my nap we had to take Julia to the hospital for a check-up and then Mary came over to play with us!

We all went to Barnes and Noble for storytime this morning and I saw Lexxy there so I showed her my little sister. After my nap, Daddy took me and Julia shopping so Mommy could rest more and then we came home and played outside and grilled again!

Daddy took me to Kingdom Kids this morning and I brought a picture of Julia to show everyone. We talked about butterflys today and we went on a field trip to the Butterfly House!! After my nap we played outside because it was SO nice out - even Julia came out while Daddy grilled our supper and then we all went out for ice cream.

Daddy and I went to pick up Mommy and Julia and brought them home today!! After my nap I helped Daddy take Aunt Michelle to the airport so she could fly home and after supper we took Julia on her first outing to Target - she slept through it though so she didn't get to see all the fun toys.

Daddy and I went back to the hospital and played with Julia and Mommy all day - we had lots of visitors and had pizza delivered for supper! I really wanted Mommy to come home with us tonight so I was sad all the way home. I even woke up in the middle of the night and looked out the windows for Mommy but I couldn't find her.

Mommy got our baby out of her tummy today!! Her name is Julia Quinn - I am her big sister and I held her and fed her a bottle too!! I played at the hospital and then Daddy and I went home to sleep so Mommy and Julia could rest.

We went to Ponca today and saw Grandma and Grandpa Robinson and lots of other relatives too! Daddy bought me a jumprope to play with at the church while everyone said "goodbye" to Great-Grandma Clark (she went to heaven)and then we had a party and I stayed up really late and danced for everyone! I also told the motel owner that she needed to "buy new stairs" because hers were scary!

I woke up early this morning so Mommy and Daddy decided to take me to the Omaha Zoo for the day - it was lots of fun! I was really anxious to see the elephants and kept reminding Mommy so we finally went to see them. They were a long ways away so I figured out why Mommy was hoping I would forget about them. When we found them, I was quite upset we didn't have any peanuts to feed them so I told Daddy I was going to walk home and get some but he said that home was too far away.
