12/31/2004	Happy New Year's Eve! Daddy and I went out for lunch today and Mommy and Julia went shopping. When they got home, Julia pointed to Daddy's car and said "dada home!" We had our own party tonight with hats, noisemakers, and played games - it was sure fun. I took a nap so I could stay up all night long and when it was the New Year I asked if we should eat breakfast since we had stayed up all night long!
12/30/2004	We had Mary over today for our Christmas with her! I showed her all my new toys and then we ate lunch together before taking her home. It was SO nice out today that Julia and I played on the swingset and in the sandbox all afternoon while Mommy took all the outside decorations down.
12/29/2004	We had to take Aunt Bridget to the airport this morning. Then after lunch we babysat Abby and Tanner again!
12/28/2004	Grandma and Grandpa went back to Aberdeen today and Aunt Bridget visited a friend so we had the day to ourselves - we mostly played with all of our new toys!
12/27/2004	Daddy had to work today but Grandpa took the rest of us to Nebraska in his new truck to visit Great Grandma! We took her a Christmas present and played there for awhile. Julia and I like playing on the piano in the community room and running up and down the hallways.
12/26/2004	We were all tired today so we just played and we went swimming later at the motel Grandma and Grandpa were staying at. After supper, we drove through Falls Park and looked at all the lights but I was so tired I fell asleep until Daddy carried me outside and the cold air woke me right up! Then of course I didn't want to go to bed even though my "nap" was only 20 minutes long!
12/25/2004	Merry Christmas!! Santa came last night and I got an Easy Bake oven, just what I asked for! I also got a viewfinder projector so I can give my stuffed animals movies, and some play food for my kitchen. Julia got a Boohbah, a Barbie doll with a jeep, and a whole set of Pooh books! I was so exicted when I woke up this morning but not about Santa like Mommy thought I would be but about going to wake up Bridget because she came while I was sleeping. Grandma and Grandpa Robinson came right before lunch and we all ate together then took a nap. We had lots of snacks and cookies while we opened gifts with them all evening - it was sure fun! Julia and I got our own suitcases so now Mommy said maybe we better go on a trip!
12/24/2004	Merry Christmas!!! We opened presents from Aunt Michelle and Uncle Jon this morning and then we all went to Red Lobster for lunch just like last year. I even got to have my very own crab legs and I ate them ALL gone. Julia and Daddy napped after lunch and then we went to church at 3 - it was a kids service and kids sang and played instruments for the whole time! I even went on a shepard's parade and held a cane and then we all got halos to take back to our seats and they told us we could stand up on the pews during Angels We Have Heard on High and dance with them on!! After church we came home and opened presents - I said Thank You after every one I was so excited. And Julia loved the crib and baby blankets Mommy sewed her! We had a fun night and I remembered to leave cookies and carrots out for Santa and his reindeer.
12/23/2004	I am getting very excited for Christmas! Julia doesn't really know about it yet but she can say HO HO HO! Mommy showed me these little baby chickens (cornish hens) that she is making for Christmas and said they were cute. I asked her how they could be cute if they were dead - she thought I made a good point!
12/22/2004	We went to Andrew and Abby's house today and exchanged presents and then after lunch Gillian and Adam came over to exchange presents too! Baby Abby was at our house too so she and Adam got to make faces at each other. Daddy took me to get my haircut tonight so Mommy could go to work and get groceries.
12/21/2004	I got a letter from Santa today!! He told me he was bringing something special to me. I wrote him a letter last week so that must be why he wrote me back - Mommy said she would 'mail' it for me but I insisted on walking it out to the mailbox and it had my return address on it so I guess that is how he knew where I lived. I helped Mommy make wreaths today and fudge too! We even dipped more pretzles and I sprinkled them again. Julia said "mine french fry" at supper today!
12/20/2004	I don't have preschool until after New Years so we stayed home today and played. We were hoping to visit Gillian but it was very icy out and Daddy said there were accidents all over the big hill by our house and one car slid sideways all the way down in front of him so we stayed home instead.
12/19/2004	Grandma, Mommy, and I played Mousetrap, one of my new games this morning and I won! Grandma and Grandpa had to leave at lunch time and we were lazy the rest of the day. In fact, we stayed in our pjs ALL day long and played with all of our new stuff.
12/18/2004	I went out for breakfast with Grandma and Grandpa Ivey at our usual place, Cracker Barrel and then we did some shopping. Julia, Mommy, and Daddy met us for lunch and so did Uncle Tom and then we all went to the Butterfly House. After supper we had our Christmas! I got some new games, Julia got some neat blocks, and we both got animal flashlights, beanbag chairs with our names on them, and a karaoke machine so we can sing with microphones! It was sure a fun night and I didn't want to go to bed because I wanted to keep playing!
12/17/2004	We had our Christmas party at school today and Mommy was in charge of the craft! We took Julia to Alyssa's house first and then when it was time for our project, Mommy gave everyone their penguins and we glued their hats, scarves, and faces on - it was sure fun! Then we opened our gifts - we each had to bring one and then the teacher let us pick a number for one to open. I got a new carebear - Share Bear- so now Bedtime Bear has a friend!! We had fruity pebbles stockings for a snack and then we played Pass the Present and everytime the music stopped whoever was holding the present got to open it and pick out a toy and then we got to stop the music for the next time around! It was sure a fun party and afterwards we picked up Julia and went out for lunch with Alyssa and Abby - Daddy and Jason even met us. Grandma and Grandpa Ivey got here right before bedtime so we can have Christmas with them tomorrow!
12/15/2004	I was so excited for my Christmas program this morning! Julia and I both wore our Christmas dresses and looked very pretty. This year our class sang our three songs with three other morning classes so there were lots of kids. Each class did their own special part though and ours was to give Baby Jesus a gift. All the kids gave things like 'their hearts' or "listening to their parents" but I gave him a grass skirt to dance in! After lunch Mommy dipped pretzels and I sprinkled them red and green.
12/14/2004	We went with Mommy to get her haircut today and Julia and I ran circles around the place laughing so they all got a kick out of us. Luckily both Mommy and Daddy have gone to the same place for years so they all know us and help keep an eye out for us. Tomorrow is my program!!
12/13/2004	We had rehearsal today at preschool so when Mommy asked what I did, I told her we just sat around all day and talked and talked. We went out for supper tonight and then we all drove around and looked at Christmas lights.
12/12/2004	I am better now so Daddy and I went shopping ALL day. We ate at Gigglebees for lunch but once we had ordered I tried to change my mind and tell Daddy I didn't like Wilbur and wanted to leave but he wouldn't let me and eventually I liked him again. After supper Mommy and I made a gingerbread house - she frosted it and I put on all the candies.
12/10/2004	I took my kite for Show-N-Tell today. Julia and I were very tired today and she had a huge temper tantrum on the way to pick me up from school and was still screaming when my class got out. Then I saw it was Mommy picking me up so I started crying too because I wanted Daddy! Mommy made us both take naps after lunch and when I woke up I was STILl tired so Mommy took my temperature and sure enough - I am sick. I laid in Mommy's bed and watched tv until bedtime.
12/9/2004	This morning we ate breakfast in our motel and then we walked to a store that had a Snow White Christmas in it! I was very excited until we got there and you could hear the witch talking and it was dark so I got scared and wouldn't go in. The lady told me I could start at the end (Snow White's wedding) because it was cheerier but I would only go a few steps that way too. Mommy took Julia through and Daddy finally talked me into going - he had to carry me of course - and then I decided I liked it! We ate apple cookies there and then walked back to our motel to pack up. Next we went to the Mall of America! I rode the race cars and the flume with Mommy. Then Julia went on the Carousel and liked it and she tried the race cars with Daddy too! Mommy thought she would cry and hate them but she laughed and shrieked the whole time so I guess she liked them! We got home very late so Julia and I were already sleeping.
12/8/2004	After preschool today, Mommy and Daddy picked me up and we headed to Minneapolis! Julia and I watched a movie on our new DVD player and then we took a nap until we got to our motel. Erin and her family met us there and we all walked to a restaurant for supper and then walked to the Christmas parade! We went swimming before bed and Daddy showed me how to do cannonballs but I was too scared to jump in myself.
12/7/2004	Mommy took me and Julia to the Christmas Puppet show today at the library - Santa lost his hat and tried on lots of different ones - it was pretty funny! Even Julia laughed! After our bath we were playing in my room and Julia got in my bed, pulled up the covers, and pretended to snore! Mommy and I laughed at her so she snored louder and louder.
12/6/2004	We are talking about the letter K today in school and Jonah brought hershey Kisses for a snack! I told Daddy that we prayed for my Bedtime Bear today because he has the flu (he is sick a lot). Julia really liked the tree and even the cats were very good around it so Mommy was surprised! Daddy took Julia to the store tonight and he was trying to put MY coat on her and she kept saying NO. He was getting annoyed until she finally pointed at her coat and then he knew why she was saying no.
12/5/2004	We woke up early even though we up late so Mommy wasn't happy but she still took us swimming. The pool was shallow and there was NO ONE in there that early so we had fun. Julia even kept going down the slide over and over again. We came home around lunch time and then after our baths we decorated our Christmas tree! Mommy and Daddy let us open a few presents - a Christmas movie and ornaments to hang on our tree! I got a Herbie ornament and Julia got an Elmo one. We put those on first and then Julia went to bed so we could do the rest of the decorations to surprise her tomorrow. I asked Daddy what the lines were in his face today and he said wrinkles so I told him he better iron them out - Mommy thought that was pretty funny!
12/4/2004	Today was Aaron and Alison's wedding! I was so excited to wear my new shoes and dress and I was upset Mommy wasn't wearing a dress because I told her she needed to spin at the dance. Julia and I were pretty good at the church - Daddy had to take Julia out for a bit but that was ok. I whispered to Mommy (very loudly)that Alison was walking down the aisle with a different boy - I guess it was her Daddy though. We ate and drank punch at the reception - I thought it was very neat to keep refilling my glass at the punch fountain. Then the dance finally started and Daddy danced with us first and later Julia and I both paid Aaron one dollar to dance with him - Julia didn't want to give up the money though. I paid Alison too so I could dance with her and then I danced with my new friend. Finally at 11 Julia started falling down a lot - a good sign she was tired - and I actually asked to go back to our room so we said our good byes and went to sleep in our motel room!
12/3/2004	Daddy took me to preschool today since he had the day off. I took baby Jesus and Joseph from my nativity set for J show-n-tell today. We went to Aaron's wedding rehearsal tonight and Julia was very upset because she wanted Daddy to hold her the whole time and he was busy practicing. Afterwards we all went out to eat but when Mommy told me to come to the table because our food was coming I got upset and told her I hadn't ordered yet! She explained that we were just going to eat what they brought out and I told her that was SILLY and I didn't think I liked that restaurant anymore. I met another 4 year old girl there and told Mommy we fell in love and are going to dance tomorrow!
12/2/2004	Daddy taught Julia how to say "I don't know" now - so she said it over and over in the bathtub when he was asking her questions! Daddy had darts tonight so after Julia went to bed (she goes at 7 now because she only is taking one nap) Mommy and I watched Survivor! Mommy thought I should brush my teeth and go upstairs before it was over but I got quite upset because I wanted to watch all the "twists!"
12/1/2004	I started gluing my snowballs on my Santa's beard today because it is December now!! We practiced singing more Christmas songs and decided what 'gift' we are bringing Jesus too. We had Abby again today and Julia helped read her a story - Mrs. Wishy Washy! She can even say wishy washy - it is pretty cute!
11/30/2004	Today was my craft party!! Gillian, Andrew, and Abby came over to do Christmas crafts with me. Julia tried to do some and Adam watched us. Julia started running all over the house with a marker so Mommy had to chase her - I forgot to tell you that Julia colored Grandma Robinson's hallway on Thanksgiving! We colored magnets, painted Christmas trees and sprinkled them with glitter and then glued sparkley bulbs on them and we made a reindeer bag with our handprints for his antlers! We ate mouse cookies too for a snack! We were going to make candy canes out of beads too but my friends were ready to play so we did that instead and then Mommy and I made some after supper.
11/29/2004	We talked about the letter J today! I took my mouse cookies for a snack and the kids sure liked them - even the teachers tried them. We started singing some Christmas songs today too so we can start getting ready for our Christmas program.
11/28/2004	Daddy and I went shopping this morning and ate lunch at McDonalds! We played all afternoon and then Daddy made us supper so Mommy could go out.
11/27/2004	We went out for breakfast with Grandma and Grandpa Ivey this morning and then we all went over to Great-Grandma and Grandpa Anglin's new house - they live in Aberdeen now too! We said goodbye to everyone and headed home - Julia and I were SO tired so we both slept for two hours and then we tried out our early Christmas gift - a DVD player for the truck!!
11/26/2004	Mommy was so happy because Julia and I both slept til after 7 this morning without waking up at all during the night (which usually happens when we are somewhere else). We ate thanksgiving lunch at Grandma and Grandpa Robinson's house today and then we played all afternoon. Julia and I helped Grandma decorate the little tree just like last year - it has neat Disney ornaments just for us!
11/25/2004	Happy Thanksgiving!! We went to Aberdeen today and had lunch with Grandma and Grandpa Ivey and Great-Grandma Ivey came over too! Grandpa got out his four wheeler and we rode it all over - even Julia and Daddy went on it and she got really, really mad when her turn was up! After supper, Grandma and I made mouse cookies - they were very yummy and we made so many she said I can take some to preschool.
11/24/2004	I didn't have school today so I annoyed Mommy by asking when Tanner and Abby were going to get here about every 10 minutes! And after lunch they came so I was quite excited. We played board games, went outside but it was TOO cold, played his Super Nintendo game, and then Daddy came home! He helped us play LIFE and then Jason came so we all ate supper together. It was sure a fun day!
11/23/2004	Happy Birthday Grandpa Ivey!! Amazingly I slept til 7:30 - Mommy was glad so I got my donut for breakfast!! Julia slept late (7 intstead of 6!) so everyone was quite happy in our house this morning. We started decorating for Christmas today - Daddy thinks we are nuts because it isn't Thanksgiving yet but Mommy just loves decorating too much and couldn't wait! She even helped me make a Santa Claus face with a blank beard and 25 circles so I can glue a cotton ball each day and by Christmas his beard will be full!
11/22/2004	We had a yummy thanksgiving snack at school that Eleah brought and some of our ice cream we made too! We went grocery shopping today after lunch and Mommy let us pick out donuts. I chose a long john and told Mommy it was because it is Grandma Robinson's favorite - she couldn't believe I remembered that! I was very, very tired today though and wouldn't eat supper but wanted my donut instead. After crying for an hour, Mommy made me go to bed at 7 - and I fell asleep instantly! Julia and Mommy played all by themselves until her bedtime because Daddy was at darts
11/21/2004	Uncle Tom gave me his phone number last night so I called him and told him good night and then this morning I wanted to call him right away to say Good Morning but Mommy told me to wait. He ended up calling us anyway and came over so we could all go shopping while Mommy cleaned. We dropped Julia off later for her nap and then we went to the Pavillion - it was sure fun!!
11/20/2004	We went shopping today and I got new shoes to wear to Aaron's wedding and for Christmas - they even click when I dance! I am very excited because Daddy has said he will dance with me. Uncle Tom went out for supper with us tonight and then we came home and played before bed.
11/19/2004	We took Julia to Alyssa's house this morning and then Mommy stayed at my school for the whole class since I am Star of the Week. She saw us do circle time and do our calendar, say the Pledge of the Allegiance, and review all of our letters. We had the yummy snack I brought then we did our Art Project! After that we all went to the gym to play games and came back to do our Show N Tell and then I handed out my pencils to all the kids - they sure liked them! After school, Holly came over to play at my house - she even ate lunch with me!! (I told Daddy that was the most exciting part) We played house, Go Fish, and play-doh. Daddy took me and Julia out for supper at "old McDonalds" and we even ate in the playroom since Mommy was with her friend.
11/18/2004	I woke up this morning and told Daddy I was going to go to the bathroom but then I ran back in his bedroom crying and said it was dark in there and I couldn't go myself because the dots would be there! Daddy walked with me there and I saw there weren't any dots but I told him that it WAS REAL and they were there last night. I helped Mommy make our snacks for tomorrow - pumpkin muffins and ice cream cone shaped jello jigglers (since we are talking about the letter I)!
11/17/2004	We made ice cream in school today with bananas and chocolate chips - yummy! Abby came over today and when she woke up from her nap we all went outside so Mommy could decorate with Christmas Lights. Jason came over for supper and stayed and watched a movie with Daddy so Abby stayed all evening too! I woke up after having a bad dream and told Mommy there were dots all over the walls in my bedroom and bathroom so I couldn't sleep in there anymore. She switched places with me and when she came back in her room to get her glasses I asked her if she saw them all!
11/16/2004	After Julia woke up from her morning nap (yes she still takes TWO of them!) we went shopping and Mommy bought a firefighter hat and tools at the dollar store because Julia broke my other hat - I was so excited and told Mommy in the car "thank you very much for buying me a new toy Mommy!" - she was quite impressed. Julia had a huge temper tantrum at the store because the lady gave us suckers and Mommy went to help unwrap Julia's - I guess she didn't want help because she screamed forever after that. After lunch, Mommy's friend came over and Julia had another screaming fit when Mommy went to help Julia open the play microwave door. Daddy worked late again but did get home at 7 so he took both of us out for ice cream because we hadn't seen him since Sunday except for our quick goodbyes in the morning!!
11/15/2004	We talked about the letter I in school today and guess what? I am the STAR of the week!! Mommy said we can bring snacks on Friday and I am bringing Christmas pencils to all the kids because Grandma and Grandpa Ivey bought me lots of them and said I could share. We sang Turkey songs today and Mommy went to conferences and Mrs. LuAnn said I am doing great! She also told Mommy I do a good job cutting as long as my tongue helps so Mommy thought that was pretty funny becuase when she was little (and maybe big) she used to stick her tongue out too. After lunch Gillian came over to play -- Julia played with us some of the time and then she went down and rolled around with Adam.
11/14/2004	We all went out for breakfast this morning and then Grandma and Grandpa had to go home. Julia took a long nap this afternoon but I didn't want to so Daddy and I played while Mommy went to work. After supper, we watched Christmas shows that Daddy taped from last year - we are getting excited for Christmas at our house!!
11/13/2004	I woke up and went out for breakfast with Grandma and Grandpa like we do all the time at the Cracker Barrel of course! Afterwards we went to Sam's Club and I had to go the bathroom but Grandma didn't know how to fix the automatic flushers like Daddy does so I had a big meltdown and ended up just waiting until we met up with Mommy, Daddy, and Julia for lunch. Uncle Tom and Daddy's Uncle Bob came out with us too and I ate popcorn shrimp - yummy! Julia even did a pretty good job sitting at the table for once so Mommy was happy. We went back home to play more and our kitties finally came out to check out Augie while she was sleeping so Grandma and Grandpa could play with them!
11/12/2004	I didn't have preschool today so I stayed home and helped Mommy make a pie for dessert tonight! Grandma and Grandpa Ivey came at supper time to eat with us and then we played until bedtime. I showed them my big cut on my chin where I hurt myself last night and then I showed them my computer games.
11/11/2004	Julia woke up before 6 and I was up a little bit after that so Mommy knew the day wasn't going to be a good one. We were both very tired and crabby and Mommy didn't feel good either so she wasn't very happy with us. We took naps but at different times so when Daddy came home he took us shopping for a bit before he had to leave for darts so that Mommy could get a break.
11/10/2004	It was Whisker's birthday party today at school! He turned five so I was very excited. We made a craft, had cookies that we got to decorate ourselves, and played Hot Potato! Mommy and Julia even came to watch. I had a few meltdowns while Mommy was there though so she decided I was quite tired but I still refused to nap when we got home! We watched baby Abby again today and I showed her all my dance moves and then Jason stayed for dinner so I showed him too. I think Mommy was glad when it was bedtime because I was getting pretty hyper from being overtired and she was getting a headache!
11/9/2004	Julia was very cranky today so I told Mommy just to give her some tylenol so she would quit crying. Mommy and I did a lot of Thanksgiving craft projects today - I really like doing those!
11/8/2004	We had a review day in preschool today and Mrs. Blythe helped us make turkey pumpkins and then we sang a thanksgiving song. We hung up our 'recipes' for Thanksgiving Dinner and Mommy sure thought mine was cute. I told my teacher we have turkey, pumpkin pie, and beer for Daddy, wine for Mommy, and chocolate milk for me. Then I told her we would grill the turkey for 15 minutes and then go to Dairy Queen for dessert or maybe that new place, Cold Stone. And I told her she could come with too. Julia and I have both have bad colds so we took long naps this afternoon. After Daddy got home a nurse came over to take his blood and I was very excited to watch but once he took out the syringe and vial I decided to go on the other side of the kitchen so I didn't get blood squirted on me!
11/7/2004	Mommy's friends, Anna and Steve, came over today so I showed them all my toys since they haven't ever been here before! Dena came over too and then they went to visit another friend who is sick but Steve stayed and played Xbox with Daddy. Julia plugs her nose and says peuh now - it is pretty funny. Mommy and Daddy decided to try and eat out again - last week we went out and Daddy and Julia had to leave because she screamed and cried so they came and picked us up when we were done eating. Tonight they decided not to even try to put her in a highchair (that was the start of her tantrums last time) and let her stand in the booth - she was pretty good but Mommy said she still doesn't enjoy eating out as much anymore!
11/6/2004	It was super nice out today so Daddy mowed while I played outside and then after lunch we all went to the zoo. We saw the baby tigers running and playing all around but the baby giraffe was far away so we couldn't see that very well. Mommy was very excited because her friend came from Aberdeen so she went out with her and Dena but Daddy stayed home with us! Julia really likes to play with my dollhouse now and put the dolls in their beds and then says 'night night'. She also LOVES to play Mr. Potato Head.
11/5/2004	Two guys came this morning to fix our furnace so our cats were scared and hid before I even went to school! We talked about Heaven today in preschool and I took a picture of me with Herbie for Show-N-Tell and told everyone how I got to go see him this summer. Julia and Mommy had company while I was in school and Julia kept giving Lori her baby doll. After our naps, we played outside all day while Mommy raked - it was very nice out! I showed Daddy how good I can drive the jeep all around, even through the gate all by myself, because he hadn't watched me in a long time!
11/3/2004	My preschool went to the hospital today for a field trip - it was SO much fun and I kept talking about it to Mommy all day. We saw real x-rays of a girl who accidently swallowed part of her necklace and they had to do surgery! Then we saw the babies there, looked at the helicopter, and saw a lot of different patient's rooms. We even found out the beds have wheels! We watched baby Abby again this afternoon and I helped feed her. Julia really likes her a lot too and just wants to watch her all the time. Mommy is surprised she doesn't get jealous!! Julia said "bye bye Jason" when he came and picked up Abby all by herself! And then she showed Daddy how she says 'bubbles' now and of course we dunked crackers in milk so she kept saying "dunk dunk dunk". I was very very tired tonight so I started crying about how I couldn't remember what the outside kitties felt like and wished we could have them back so Mommy decided it was bedtime!
11/2/2004	We went to vote today with Mommy and had to wait in line for a long time (40 minutes!). Julia and I were not very happy and then when it was finally our turn I got mad because the table was too high and I couldn't see the ballot! So Mommy brought home the practice one and let me fill it out all by myself. We played outside today and then after supper we watched the map on tv turn red and blue. I had to go to bed before someone won but Mommy said she would tell me in the morning who won!
11/1/2004	We talked about the letter H today and learned about hippos and homes of different animals! Mrs. LuAnn was with her family today so Mrs. Blythe taught us all by herself. Daddy was home sick so after Julia went to sleep, Mommy and I left them at home and went to play at Gillian's house!
10/31/2004	Happy Halloween! Uncle Tom came over while I was napping and as soon as I woke up we went to the mall to trick-or-treat. Julia was practically running from store to store she was having so much fun! We brought McDonalds home so we could answer the door and I LOVED handing out candy to the kids, then we walked around our neighborhood. I had to go home a few times when I saw kids close to our house so I could hand out more candy and then Julia got tired so she and Daddy went home to watch for trick-or-treaters while Mommy and I went up and down the street. I sure got a LOT of candy - one neighbor even told me my bucket looked full but I showed him how I could push it all down and make more room.
10/30/2004	Daddy and I went to Sam's Club this morning and then we took a long nap so we could stay up late tonight! Mommy sewed some more blanket beds for the cats and then she and Julia went shopping. When they came back we carved pumpkins and Mommy let me help saw some of the eyes out and I hammered in the bat pieces too. After supper I helped Mommy sprinkle the pumpkin seeds and we baked them - we made two kinds - one salty and one sweet and they were very yummy. We ate them while watching The Rescuers - even Julia likes watching tv now!
10/29/2004	We talked about Germo in preschool today and had Show-N-Tell but Mommy and I forgot!! We went outside and pretended to be gorillas since it was so nice out and then after lunch I had Art Class! Andrew, Abby, and Gillian were there too and we painted pumpkins, glued together a halloween scene on a door hanger, and cut and glued a witch face.
10/28/2004	Happy Birthday Mommy!! We went to storytime today at the library and then we had to stop and buy some pumpkin bread that Mommy wanted - yummy! Mommy's friend came over to visit and then we ordered pizza when Daddy got home, had Mommy's cake and gave her a present. She said she had a great birthday!
10/27/2004	We made gingerbread men in school today and decorated them all by ourselves and then of course we ate them - yummy! We also talked about giraffes and how to be safe about guns. Daddy came to pick me up because Mommy was babysitting baby Abby, Tanner's little sister! She slept most of the afternoon and I kept asking Mommy when she was going to be awake so I could play with her. Julia liked playing with her too - she showed Mommy her eyes, nose, and paci. She didn't even try to take it away - she just wanted to push it in Abby's mouth. She even went and got Abby's "napkin" (burpcloth) for Mommy when she asked for it!
10/26/2004	Mommy caught both outside cats today and Daddy took them to Minnesota to a lady who is going to find homes for them. Mommy is sort of sad to see them go but very happy that they will be taken care of! Julia and I got to go along while she got her new driver's license today and then we went shopping. Julia said more words today - she can say Haley now and she says 'shoes' and she even tried to say my name again!
10/25/2004	Mommy was sure suprised when she woke up in the middle of the night and ALL four of our cats were sleeping with her and Daddy! I learned about the letter G today and we did some gymnastics and had goldfish crackers for a snack.
10/24/2004	Julia sure 'woofed' a lot for Grandma and Grandpa - sometimes we weren't even by any dogs! She told them a lot of her other words too. We all went to Falls Park today and then ate lunch before Grandma and Grandpa had to go home. I had a scary experience today - I choked on a fruit snack! I was wheezing and could hardly breath and it was very very scary until finally I was able to throw up and it came out. Mommy said we can't run around and eat snacks anymore because that was too scary.
10/23/2004	We went shopping and out for lunch with Grandma and Grandpa today. We played games and colored and then after supper we all went out for ice cream together! I did an experiment just like at school too see what things would float in my bathroom sink. I even showed Grandpa and afterwards, I was very very wet and had to change clothes!
10/22/2004	I took my sqeaky frog to Show-N-Tell today and we made funny face cookies for a snack. We even put 10 things in the water to see what would float. After lunch we went grocery shopping and Julia and I drove the little truck cart around - she sure likes that! We had supper early and then we went to ZooBoo with Andrew and Abby - we wore our costumes and went trick-or-treating at the zoo. It was a lot of fun! Afterwards we met Grandma and Grandpa Robinson so they could eat supper with Mommy and Daddy and we all came home and had some of our candy for bedtime snacks!
10/20/2004	I had my pictures taken today for school and then we went to the firestation!! Mommy and Julia decided to come with even though they had a helper since Mrs. Blythe is still sick. We watched a movie there and looked at all the tools on the firetruck. They even let us sit in it if we wanted but I didn't want to so I just watched some of the other kids get in it. After lunch, Andrew and Abby came over while their Mommy had her doctor's appointment. We played games, dressed up and had a fashion show, played outside and drove my jeep, and put together lots of puzzles! It sure was fun and when Kim got back she told us she is going to have one boy baby and one girl baby!
10/19/2004	Julia and I made halloween crafts with Mommy today - we traced our feet and made ghosts! Then we glued faces on pumpkins that Mommy cut out - even Julia tried to do one. Daddy had to go to the dentist and his face was all numb so he came home early and we all walked to the park to play!
10/18/2004	We talked about the letter F today and had a practice fire drill! Mrs. Blythe was sick again and Mrs. LuAnn is losing her voice so we had a new helper teacher that had to do all the talking today. We are getting our pictures taken next time AND we are going to the firestation - Mommy and Julia are going to come with if Mrs. Blythe is still sick. Daddy and I played Monopoly after Julia was in bed - I liked putting all the houses on and I practiced recognizing the different money!
10/17/2004	Daddy had to mow up all our leaves today so I played outside while Julia napped and Mommy sewed my blankie! I was very concerned she might have sewed up the hole I like to put my thumb in so I had to check it right away but she did it right. Julia was very tired and cranky tonight and she was trying to smack the cats so Daddy told her she had to do nice touches and she started crying and walked right over to me and hit me! Mommy got upset at Julia but I told her it didn't hurt so it was ok. I gave Julia my Happy Meal toy today too so Mommy and Daddy think I am a pretty great big sister!
10/16/2004	Mommy and I went shopping this morning for a new shirt for my school pictures! We went to the toy store too and Cheer Bear was there so I got my picture taken with her and I gave her a big hug! Julia can say 'paci' now and 'nuts' (because Mommy says that Julia is driving her nuts all the time)! She actually likes to try and copy a lot of words we say. After Julia went to bed, Mommy and Daddy played LIFE with me - I sure like that game! I was a rock star just like Brittney Spears and I got married and had a baby. I even landed on a square that said I was writing a book so Daddy had to pay me and then I asked Mom if I should go upstairs and start writing it.
10/15/2004	I took my Horace the elephant to school today. We had our pumpkin hunt at Mrs. LuAnn's friends house and then after we all found our pumpkins, we played at the park next door! It was cold but fun. Mommy let the kitties out to play today and they are feeling much better now. I had fun watching Daddy get measured for a tux today and then we all went to Family Fun Night. It was all decorated for Halloween and the workers were all in costumes so it was pretty neat. I played some games and tried to go through the inflatable tunnel but I got scared 1/2 way through so I started crying and had to turn around. I went up and danced the hokey pokey with all the kids though and Mommy and Daddy said I did a very good job!!
10/14/2004	Julia had her 18 month appointment today - I made sure to tell the nurse when we got there that I was just coming to watch NOT to get checked myself. Julia is 23lbs 12oz and she is 33 1/2 inches tall!! After her appoitment, we went to pick up the kitties from the vet. They had very sore paws and even bled a little bit so I was very sad for them.
10/13/2004	We talked about the letter E today and did an elephant song/dance! We are going on a pumpkin hunt on Friday and we are going to hunt for the pumpkins I brought!! We had to take Lollipop and Skittles to the vet today so they could get their claws out - Daddy got really scratched while he was trying to get them in their carrier! He ended up having to take one on the way to work and Mommy took one on the way to my school because we couldn't get both in the carrier at the same time. They even have to stay overnight there!
10/12/2004	Mommy finished sewing my puppet theater on her new sewing machine! We played library and I gave Mommy a puppet show and then I read her stories and gave her a stamp while Julia was napping. Uncle Tom came over after Daddy got off work so we all went to Qdoba for supper and then we played Hide and Seek while Mommy moved all the furniture around because our carpet is getting shampooed tomorrow.
10/11/2004	Julia is 18 months old today!! I didn't have school so we just stayed at home and played. Mommy got a sewing machine for an early birthday gift and she has been practicing on it - I like to watch her and tell her that Grandma Ivey goes much faster and can sew my name on things too. We played outside today since it was nice again and then Daddy watched a movie with us since Mommy had a party to go to after supper.
10/10/2004	Mommy found Julia downstairs today on my computer chair and pretending to play the computer - it was pretty funny she said! Daddy took me and Julia to run errands so Mommy could get some things done around the house and then we all played outside since it was SO nice out.
10/9/2004	Grandma and Grandpa came and got me this morning for breakfast at our usual place, the Cracker Barrel! Then we went shopping until I was quite tired and came home and took a nap. Mommy went with them to the craft fair while we slept and then we all went out for supper again before they had to go back to Aberdeen.
10/8/2004	We played Duck Duck Grey Duck today in the gym and then we went outside for Show-N-Tell since it was SO nice outside! I took my Dart Board and during play time all the kids sure liked playing with it! We met Grandpa and Grandma Ivey for supper tonight and then we went to their motel so Julia and I could go swimming.
10/7/2004	We went to storytime at the library today and Julia sure liked it! She pointed at all the pictures and then when we watched the movie she 'bawked' at the chicken. We always get a stamp on our hand afterwards and I tried to get her to walk up with me but she got scared so she ran back to Mommy but the librarian came over and gave her a stamp anyway. She wasn't sure about it at first but after a few minutes she started pointing to it and babbling so I think she liked it! After lunch we went over to Gillian and Adam's house to play. We played outside and took turns on her tricycle - except Julia got really mad everytime her turn was over and yelled "MINE" and pointed and cried so Mommy decided it was her naptime. We were both very tired after supper and Daddy had darts so Mommy put us both to bed at 7:30 and we were both asleep in minutes!
10/6/2004	We played with drums today and sang a dinosaur song! Daddy picked me up from school and helped hook up the computer speakers that Grandma Ivey donated and then I had my very first 'afterschool' playdate at Holly's house! I ate lunch over there and then we played on her swingset and inside - it was sure fun! Mommy came to get me and I told her I want to do that again and maybe even sleep over too.
10/4/2004	Julia and I were really tired this morning so we both slept in a bit - Mommy wasn't sure we would even make it to preschool on time but we did! We talked about the letter D today and practiced writing all four letters we have talked about so far. We also looked at the tools Doctors use and next time we get to play with them and pretend we are doctors! I have decided to be Tiger Lily for Halloween - she is the Indian Princess that Peter Pan rescues from Captain Hook.
10/3/2004	We ate breakfast in our room - Mommy brought muffins and juice for us - and then we all went swimming again. I wore my life jacket for awhile but I'm still too scared to let go of Mommy. Daddy and Julia went back up to nap and Mommy and I went up later and watched tv. After lunch, we went to the children's museum! Julia and I played at the farm, the grocery store, and the post office - it was lots of fun. They had a spooky castle there too but I was too scared to go through it. We watched a show about drums and the different noises they make and then I volunteered to be a noisemaker in the front! Julia was getting very tired so we headed out to the car when I decided I really wanted to see the spooky castle after all so Daddy took me back in but I screamed all through it and of course Daddy had to hold me but then I told Mommy it was fun anyway! We were very tired and slept on the way home and our cats were all happy to see us.
10/2/2004	We went to Omaha today! We visited the zoo first and saw the new gorilla exhibit - that was really neat! Mommy liked the baby gorilla that was wearing a diaper best. Mommy and Daddy were so proud of me because I walked the whole zoo and didn't get tired or whiney at all - Julia even walked a lot of it but she sat in her stroller when we went up and down big hills! We went to our motel after the zoo and they gave us cookies just because we stayed there. Our room was on the sixth floor so we rode an elevator that was all windows so we could watch the people on the bottom! We went swimming right away and the pool was SO warm it felt like a hot tub. We ate pizza in our room and then Julia and I were very tired so we went to sleep early and Mommy and Daddy were excited because our bedroom had a DOOR on it and they could stay in the living room and watch a movie!
10/1/2004	I took little pumpkins to school today so everybody in my class could have one! My teacher asked if she could save them so we could all paint them together so I said that would be fun. We made cookies in school today and did a project with celery. After lunch Mommy and I decorated for Halloween and put all of our pumkins out. We even put Scarecrow Joe outside on our steps again this year - Julia sure liked pointing at his eyes and nose.
9/30/2004	We surprised Grandma and Grandpa Ivey at their office today and then we all ate lunch together! We played some more and then headed home so we could watch the president on TV.
9/29/2004	A talking Car came to school today with a police offer and he told us not to talk to strangers! Daddy came to pick me up from school and then Mommy took me and Julia to Aberdeen. We helped Grandma and Grandpa pick pumpkins. I saw Cason's first (and they were huge) so I told Grandma that I thought theirs needed to grow some more! Julia really liked helping in the garden too but she mostly liked the throw the baby pumpkins in the wheelbarrow.
9/28/2004	Mommy took us on a bike ride after our naps today! She was going to take us to the library but she got too tired so we stopped at a park we found on the way instead and then came home.
9/27/2004	We started talking about the letter C today! We made clown faces with cereal and cupcake holders - I hung mine on the fridge so hopefully Julia won't wreck it. She has been taking my pictures off and ripping them lately but Mommy has been very suprised that I don't get very mad about it. I don't like her coming in my room though - the other day I drug her out by her feet and Mommy caught me. She wasn't very happy.
9/26/2004	We have a new neighbor now! Her grandson was playing outside and I had to run over there right away and play with him. His name is Tyler and he will be four in December - he is from Arizona but he is moving to Sioux Falls too! He is staying with his Grandma until his Mommy and Daddy find their own house but he said he will still come over to play at his Grandma's a lot! We went to the Apple Orchard today because it was Johhny Appleseed's birthday. Julia sure liked all the animals there - she even mooed and quacked at the cows and ducks. A guy on a tractor pulled our wagon to the apple trees we wanted to pick from and I even helped pick them! Julia ate one too after Daddy started it for her and I was so hungry I almost ate the whole core of mine!
9/25/2004	We went shopping right away this morning at the pet store (mommy said we will have to go to that store a lot more now with four cats!) and SAMS - I ate samples of course and then my no napping finally caught up with me because Julia and I both fell asleep on the way home so we didn't even eat lunch until we woke up. Then we went and got ice cream and took it to a different park and played. Daddy even got Julia to swing after lots of screaming - she even laughed so I think she finally realized it is fun!
9/24/2004	Our teacher showed us how to use straws to drink just like butterflies drink flower juice! I took my bumblebee to school for show-n-tell. We played a game too - we had to walk with beanbags on our backs! After Julia napped (I rarely nap anymore), Andrew and Abby came over to play. Abby can ride my bike better than I can - she turned all by herself and rode back and forth on the sidewalk. Mommy was impressed but I still don't want to ride it!
9/23/2004	We went shopping today and then ate at Taco Bell with Daddy before he had darts. Mommy set Julia down to go get a highchair and Julia saw me twirling on the seats so she was trying to get up on one when Mommy came back - there was NO way Mommy could get her in the highchair then. She screamed and kicked so Mommy tried a booster seat and she just pushed that on the floor too - she wanted to be just like me and sit on a real chair. She did a good job too - Mommy was impressed!
9/22/2004	We wore blue to school today! I have a new friend Emily and I told Mommy that I wasn't sure but she might be Clifford's friend. I also told Mommy today that she should just call kindergarten and tell them I am NOT coming when I turn five because I am going to stay with Mrs. LuAnn and Mrs. Blythe forever. And I asked her if I could see the REAL Peter Pan someday because the one on the movie is just a character and I want to see the real one!
9/21/2004	We took Skittles to the vet today and she is a healthy kitty too so now Mommy says she must be crazy because we are going to have FOUR cats in our house. Lollipop didn't seem to remember her sister very well because she was acting just like Haley and Shelby and hissing at her but Daddy said it will just take time.
9/20/2004	This week is B week at school! I was very excited when I woke up because I remembered it was Alex's birthday and he was bringing baseball cookies for a snack - they were yummy! Julia says 'no' all the time now and it is driving Mommy nuts.
9/19/2004	I woke up and wondered where Daddy and Julia were right away but then Mommy told me they were home. We had a racoon or something come eat part of our garbage in the middle of the night - Mommy heard it and got kind of scared! Mommy and I played this morning after our shower and then had breakfast (including hot chocolate!) on the deck. We colored and then Mommy packed up and Daddy came to pick us up. He took Julia out for breakfast this morning so they had a good time together too. We all came home and took a long nap and then Mommy unpacked while Daddy mowed and Julia and I played in the cool 'house' Mommy made for us the other day.
9/18/2004	It was very nice today so we went camping right after lunch! We played at both playgrounds there - they had two - and then we got our key and unpacked our stuff. Mommy put Julia in the backpack and we all went on a hike - Daddy and I even did some rock climbing but Mommy forgot the camera in the cabin so she couldn't take a picture of me way up high. We had supper on our deck and then played some more and finally had our s'mores - I had been asking about them all day! Julia and I were both really tired since we hardly napped so we went to bed at 8pm so Mommy and Daddy could enjoy the fire. When they came to bed at 10, Julia woke up and Daddy decided to just take her home so they could have a good nights sleep.
9/17/2004	We practiced writing the letter A today in preschool and we had show-and-tell. We had to bring something that started with the letter A so after Mommy thought about it a long time we finally thought of my apron! Daddy picked me up today so he could start fixing our school computer - he has to come back Monday and finish it though. It rained again all morning and was reallly cold so we didn't get to go camping - I was very upset.
9/16/2004	It was finally nice out today so we played outside a lot - our yard was pretty soggy still but we didn't mind. Julia really likes going down my slide now and we played "Hu Hot" in my sandbox. I let Mommy pick a bowl and then I threw her "noodles" in the middle and after it was in the fire a bit she could have it back. Julia even played! Daddy had darts tonight so Mommy and I watched Survivor and then I went to bed all by myself again!
9/15/2004	I had preschool this morning - we were supposed to go to the Apple Orchard but it has been raining the past few days and all last night so it was cancelled. It would have been too muddy and it was STILL raining when we went to school. Our teacher told us she would think of a new field trip for us to go on soon. Mommy took me and Julia shopping at Target and we ate supper there too - we sure surprised Mommy by eating the whole personal pan pizza all by ourselves - she didn't get any! She took us back home to play with Daddy and then she went to work.
9/14/2004	Mommy and Daddy took me and Julia to Sesame Street Live at the Pavillion tonight! They sang and danced and we even could stand up and dance with them. Julia wasn't sure what to think - Mommy said she looked like she was concentrating very hard because she hardly moved at all until the very end when she turned her head and fell asleep. We saw Gillian and Dena in the audience and we tried to meet up with them after the show but we missed them so I was very sad on the way home. I told Mommy I had really wanted to hug Gillian and that was why I was crying but Mommy thought it was mostly just because I was very tired.
9/13/2004	We get to go through the alphabet again this year at preschool so this week is A week and we painted acorns and apples! We also went to chapel and listened to a story and had crackers and milk for a snack. They got a lot of new dress-up clothes for us to play with so I had a lot of fun playing today!! We let Lollipop out tonight without locking Haley and Shelby up and they didn't fight too much - mostly just hissed at each other so Mommy and Daddy were happy.
9/12/2004	Happy Grandparent's Day!! We went to visit Great-Grandma Sunderman in her new home today. We went down to the community room and Julia and I played the piano and then danced too. Julia brought her baby so she pushed her stroller up and down the hallway and I colored Great-Grandma a picture then we had to come home.
9/11/2004	Dawn and Don had to take lots of pictures today so we went to the sidewalk festival without them. Daddy and I made lots of crafts in the kids area while Mommy and Julia went shopping! I made a pet rock, had my face painted, did spin art, tye dye, and had a twisty balloon made - it sure was fun! After our naps, Mommy and Daddy took us to Gigglebees - I was having fun until Wilbur "got sick" and they had to bring out Looney Lion to replace him - I was scared so I hid under the table. We played with Don and Dawn when we got back and then I was supposed to go to bed but I kept telling Mommy I was still scared so I wouldn't fall asleep until 11!

9/10/2004	I was very excited to go to preschool again today! Daddy even picked me up again because Mommy and Julia were at the vet's - Lollipop is healthy and she got her first shots so now we can see if she gets along with Haley and Shelby! Our friends, Don and Dawn, are coming tonight but Mommy said they wouldn't be here til late - I tried to stay up for them but Mommy said I had to go to bed.
9/9/2004	Julia says "mine" now (for some reason Mommy thinks I taught her that word) and she says "nose" and "eyes" too! We took Julia to get new shoes today and there was a girl that was pushing her down and not letting her play while Mommy was paying. I kept telling her that Julia was nice and it was ok if she played with us but she didn't listen to me. I asked Mommy when we left if she saw that girl being "mean to my baby!"
9/8/2004	Today was my first day of school!! I met the new kids but most of them are from last year so we played lots of games and played outside too! We get to go to the Apple Orchard next week already. I really like school and have already asked Mommy if I can go again tomorrow. We have Lollipop inside today - she is staying in our guest bedroom and so we have been playing with her a lot. We even let her come out after we locked our cats in Mommy's bedroom so she could explore the rest of the house.
9/7/2004	We played with Michelle and Jon again this morning before they left for the airport. I showed them how I drive the jeep and ride my bike! Julia used a fork for the first time at lunch and she did really good! Mommy made Blue's Clues mac-n-cheese so those noodles were easier to poke but sometimes she would poke them and pull them off with her fingers Mommy said. Daddy and I ate outside with the kitties so we didn't get to see her. After our naps, Julia and I painted - it was Julia's first time and she got kind of messy!
9/6/2004	I was very upset to find out Mommy put both the kitties back outside again but Daddy told me thinks soon they will be inside cats. We went to Falls Park today and watched the waterfall - Julia sure liked running around there! Aunt Michelle and Uncle Jon came back from Aberdeen and I told them I am going to be a Doctor when I grow up during the day and a Vet at night! We went and got ice cream and then played my new computer game they bought me.
9/5/2004	Julia is really talking a lot more lately - of course since we have so many kitties for her to look at that is her favorite word! She likes books again too and loves pointing out kitties and balls. It rained all day today so Daddy brought both Lollipop and her friend (Mommy named her Skittles) inside to play in my bedroom again. They were pretty scared until nighttime when they became very playful and hyper so I slept in Mommy and Daddy's room.
9/4/2004	Mommy took me school shopping this morning! We found some new jeans, a Tinkerbell shirt, some other clothes and brand new shoes! Then we went out for lunch - it was sure fun. Daddy and Julia went shopping too and then after our naps, we brought Lollipop inside to play in my bedroom for a little bit. Julia was SO tired today that she went to bed at 6pm!
9/3/2004	Mommy told me last night after I went to bed Lollipop climbed on top of my fort - on the roof!! They didn't know if she would be able to get back down but she did. We went out for donuts this morning with Michelle and Jon and then they had to go to Aberdeen.
9/2/2004	Lollipop's friend has been visiting us now! Aunt Michelle and Uncle Jon came today too - we went to pick them up at the airport. We played all afternoon and then Uncle Tom and Daddy joined us for supper. Afterwards, I went to my preschool open house and saw my teachers and some of my friends. That made me very excited for it to start and I keep asking Mommy how many more days there will be.
9/1/2004	Mommy, Julia and I went to zoo this morning with Cason, Connor, and their mommy. It was sure hot though so we were tired out when we came home for our nap! We played with Lollipop again this afternoon and then when Daddy got home we ate supper out with Aaron! Mommy made a cute bed for Lollipop to sleep in on our deck and she sure likes it!
8/31/2004	Lollipop was on our deck almost all day - she likes to lay in the sun! She likes to rub herself on our legs but she gets kind of scared when we pet her. Gillian and Adam came over to play today and we went swimming in our wading pool. Julia was sure interested in Adam and she kept wanting to pet him like he was a cat. He sure laughed and made cute noises a lot so I think he liked visiting us. Daddy had to work late tonight but he told me he would get home at bedtime and we could talk then so I told Mommy I think he will want to talk about Barbies.
8/30/2004	I named our outside kitty Lollipop. Mommy was very impressed that I thought of that name all by myself. We fed her kitty treats and played with her this afternoon while we were outside. Then Haley got mad and hissed at her and when Shelby came to see what was going on Haley chased her and was mean so Mommy put her in a time-out in the bedroom. After Julia went to bed, Daddy had to work on his computer so Mommy and I went for a walk and played at the park at nighttime!
8/29/2004	We were all tired out today so we had to take long naps. We have stray kitties that have been playing in our yard lately and one is not as afraid as the others so Daddy has been trying to pet it and even hold it! Julia chases it all over the yard. Daddy fed it chicken he grilled so Mommy said it will probably never leave now. Mommy and Daddy went out for supper tonight so Uncle Tom babysat us and he took us to Chuck E Cheese! It was a lot of fun and then we came home and played outside until Mommy and Daddy came back.
8/28/2004	We met Erin, Connor, and their mommy and daddy at the zoo this morning! We were one of the first kids to try out the new carousel so we got a free beanie baby. Then we ate lunch and rode the go-carts! Julia was SO tired so Daddy and her went home to sleep and Mommy and I went swimming at Erin's motel. They had a lot of slides there but I was too scared to try them until finally I went on one little one with Mommy. We had them all come to our house after swimming for supper and we played all evening - it was sure fun!
8/27/2004	Mommy's penpal came from Minneapolis today! We met them for supper and Erin and I colored while we waited for our food while Connor and Julia snacked away. Uncle Tom even cooked our supper and brought it out to us too and then he let us try some fresh caramel he made for dessert - yummy!
8/26/2004	Julia was sure funny today - she took Mommy's dishtowel and wrapped her baby up in it so I guess she thought it needed a blankie. I helped Mommy make oatmeal cookies today but then I decided they were yucky so I won't eat them now.
8/25/2004	Julia sure wants everything I play with lately so we have been fighting a lot! Julia screams and has tantrums and I cry so Mommy has been getting stressed. Mommy even tries to give Julia look-alike things but that doesn't please Julia, it has to be the exact same thing! She has even been wanting my blankie but after some rejects (by Julia, of course) Mommy found one she likes and will now leave mine alone.
8/24/2004	Julia said baby today when we were shopping and Mommy pushed the cart by some toy babies! She really likes her baby and stroller and was quite mad when we didn't let her hold one of those new babies!
8/23/2004	I had a dentist appointment again this morning and no cavities for me - yippee!! Julia wanted to follow me back there and she was quite mad when Mommy told her they had to stay in the waiting room. I guess she kept trying to follow each kid back there too so Mommy was busy chasing her! They decided to give her a toothbrush too since she was so cute! I played with Ally and Jacey all day because they are moving in a few days - they even ate lunch at my house.
8/22/2004	We went out for brunch with Uncle Tom and Grandpa and Grandma Ivey today and then we all went to visit Great-Grandma Ivey. After that we saw Uncle Chuck and Jim at the Robinsons and I had to show them how I could jump on the trampoline again. I picked some more corn too - Julia even thought it was fun to crawl through the corn tunnels. Then we went to Storybook Land! Bridget took me on the carousel before we had to go back to Sioux Falls.
8/21/2004	Grandma and Grandpa Ivey took me to the fair this morning to see the Clydesdale horses! We rode on a wagon behind them and then I rode the pony ride too! We even had corndogs there. Julia was napping so she didn't come with and Mommy and Daddy slept too. After my nap, we went out to see Grandma and Grandpa Robinson and Bridget was there too! We ate supper and jumped on Bridget's old trampoline.
8/20/2004	We went to Aberdeen today and ate supper with Grandma and Grandpa Ivey! They watched us so Mommy and Daddy could go to the fair - Mommy even went to a Joan Jett concert!
8/19/2004	Happy Birthday Grandma Robinson! Aunt Bridget left today and I played over at Ally and Jacey's house while Mommy packed.
8/19/2004	While we were playing outside today, Julia was in the fort when all of a sudden Julia decided to slide down all by herself! She went down feet first, on her tummy so Mommy said Julia probably thought it was like going down the stairs but it sure suprised us. Julia laughed when she got down so I guess she liked it.
8/18/2004	We went to the park today and then shopping and out for lunch. After Julia and I napped (and I think Mommy and Bridget did too!) we all went to the lake, then we came home to play in the backyard while Daddy grilled. We watched more Olympics tonight too!
8/17/2004	Bridget's friend, Amanda, came to visit us today and she brought her little boy, Eli. He is one just like Julia and they sure liked to watch each other. We all ate lunch together and then went to the wading pool. I showed Bridget and Amanda all my swimming tricks and Julia and Eli kept trying to climb the turtle! I was so tired that I fell asleep sitting next to Bridget tonight while we were watching the Olympics!
8/16/2004	We played with Bridget all day - I pretended I was in the Olympics and ran races and did gymnastic tricks - Julia even tried follow me and win a medal too! We all went out to eat and then Mommy and Bridget went shopping.
8/15/2004	Aunt Bridget came today - we ate supper together and then watched the olympics!
8/14/2004	Daddy took me and Julia shopping and out for lunch today so Mommy could clean the house. After supper, we went for a bike ride and played outside!
8/13/2004	Julia woke up early this morning and Mommy got her back to sleep in her bed so she kept checking on her while we ate breakfast and then all of a sudden Julia was just in the kitchen! She just got off the bed and came down all by herself without crying - Mommy was sure surprised. I had my last art class this morning! We painted little school boxes with our names on them and made a neat bookmarker too! After supper we went to the fair. I rode the race cars, the turtles, the elephants, and the other little cars. I really wanted to ride the ferris wheel with Mommy but the line was SO long so we didn't. I played two games and then we had a snack and had to go home because we were out of money!
8/12/2004	It hasn't been nice enough to swim lately but we have been playing outside a lot - Julia loves to play outside and throws quite a fit when we go in. Mommy said it is a temper tantrum - she flings her head back and usually bonks it on the floor then cries even harder and rolls around and screams! I sure surprised Mommy - I have Daddy's cell phone number memorized now! Mommy hung his number on the fridge so I could call him (and I have been a lot lately - especially when I am mad at Mommy) and today I called him from downstairs without even going to get his number - So now I know our home phone and his cell phone number!
8/11/2004	I, of course, had to play with Ally and Jacey today! I am very sad because they are going to be moving to a new town in a few weeks. I got a letter from my preschool and I am going to have Mrs. LuAnn again - yippee! We are getting a new classroom though because there are going to be so many kids this year they needed three rooms instead of two. I am so excited for school to start!!
8/10/2004	Julia was very tired this morning so after we showered she went back to bed with Daddy. Mommy and I decided to take our breakfast down to the lake and eat there, then we threw rocks in the water, played at the park and went on a bikeride by ourselves! We visited Andrew and Abby and then they rode their bikes back to our cabin while we packed up. After lunch we rented a pontoon with them and went on a boat ride - Julia didn't like it very much so it was a good thing she slept most of the time - Abby and I even took a little nap on it too. We had to come home after that but it was sure a fun trip!
8/9/2004	This morning we played croquet then went on a bike ride to Andrew and Abby's camper and we all played at the park before lunch. After our naps we played outside some more because it was too chilly to swim and then we ate out for supper and went mini-golfing and raced go-carts! Mommy drove me this time and I told her just how to do it. We went over to Andrew and Abby's camper this time for a bonfire. Julia and Abby got in a tug-of-war over Abby's babydoll and her stroller so Daddy had to go get Julia's so they both could have one.
8/8/2004	We went camping today! We left after lunch and met Kim, Scott, Andrew, and Abby there and headed right for the beach! After awhile our Daddys went to set up camp - we stayed in a cabin and they had their camper. We grilled and ate supper on our picnic table then we met Andrew and Abby back at the beach again to swim more before all coming back to our cabin for a bonfire and smores.
8/7/2004	We went shopping today and Daddy picked out a bike rack so we can take our bikes camping with us! I played with Ally and Jacey while Daddy mowed and put together the bike rack! Julia can open doors now - she came out into the garage two times - luckily Daddy was working out there so he found her both times.
8/6/2004	I got my haircut this morning and they took off two inches - Mommy says it looks very nice. After my nap I played with Ally and Jacey - first at their house and then at mine. Daddy met us at the grocery store tonight and he and I got burgers and ate them at the park while we watched the mimes perform - Mommy and Julia went home though because it was getting late.
8/5/2004	We walked to the park again this morning - this time for Tye Dye Day! I brought one of Daddy's old tshirts and Mommy helped me put rubberbands all around it then we dipped it in pink dye! It turned out pretty neat. After my nap, we played at Gillian's house and at the playground across the street from her house and then I came home and played with Ally and Jacey while Daddy grilled. We even got to go on a bike ride after supper so we sure had a fun day!
8/4/2004	Happy Anniversary Grandma and Grandpa Ivey!! We walked to the park this morning to see Mr. Twister the balloon man - he was funny! Julia was really tired at lunch because she didn't take her morning nap and she started falling asleep in her highchair! After our naps, we went to Andrew and Abby's house to play.
8/3/2004	It stormed a lot here and I was very scared but Mommy said it wasn't a tornado so I felt better then. Julia can say ball now! She says kitty and ball but never when you ask her to, just when she feels like it. Mommy said she is quite the daredevil too because she was standing with no hands on her little car!
8/2/2004	Today was my last day of music class this summer. Mommy dropped me off and Daddy came to help me with my art project - we made different sized shakers so we could hear and figure out which size is softer and louder! Mommy worked her last night in the store tonight but Julia and I were too crabby to visit so we just stayed home with Daddy and watched a movie.
8/1/2004	We rested a lot this morning and then after our naps, we went to the lake! Julia made sand soup and she could shovel the sand all by herself. When we came home, I helped Daddy wash his car - Ally and Jacey came over to help too!
7/31/2004	We went to Lake Okoboji today! We ate lunch and then walked around Arnold's Park - I rode my very first ride all by myself! It was a fish ride and then I rode the boats and Mommy even talked me into going down the flume with her and that was lots of fun! Daddy went down the rollercoaster and then I went on the go-carts with him. We were getting very hot while we waited for the ferry boat ride so we took our shoes off to dip our feet in the lake but while Mommy and Daddy were chasing Julia, I fell over and got all my clothes wet but I thought it was pretty funny so Mommy was glad because there was no time to change! We rode the ferry boat all over the lake and then went out for supper before heading home. Julia and I fell fast asleep so we missed all the tornodos and storms Daddy was trying to outrun!
7/30/2004	Today was my last day of swimming lessons - I even passed and get to go on to the next class next year! I played outside with Ally and Jacey before Daddy got home and then he took me and Julia shopping while Mommy went to work.
7/29/2004	Happy Anniversary Mommy and Daddy! Daddy came to see me at my swimming lessons today and watched me float. Julia had her 15 month appointment and she weighs 22lbs 4oz and is 34 inches long. She had to have three shots and I told the nurse that we brought her paci in case she cried. Then Julia and I went to Tanner's house for dinner so Mommy and Daddy could go out for supper by themselves - we had a lot of fun but Jason sure found out how much stuff Julia likes to get into!
7/28/2004	I had my Princess Tea Party today and everyone dressed up as Princesses and went to this pretty house in a flower garden. We colored, made a picture frame, read a story in the gazebo and had green "tea" and cookies! Mommy and Julia picked me up and we went and looked at the pretty flowers before coming home for lunch. After supper we picked up Daddy's bike from the fix-it shop and went on a bike ride BUT then Daddy got a flat tire!! So he had to push us the rest of the way home and we left his bike in somebody's yard until he could get the truck to pick it back up.
7/27/2004	I jumped in the pool today without holding my teacher's hand - she caught me but I dunked first!! Mommy was very proud of me and I stood under the fountain and pretended I was showering too! Julia found out how to climb all the way up the slide to my fort now - Mommy was pretty surprised. After we played outside, Julia and I went shopping with Uncle Tom and Daddy today so Mommy could clean the house - Uncle Tom bought a computer so now I can email him.
7/26/2004	I had swimming lessons again today - we played a new game and did lots of kicking! The kids all went down the slide again but I told them it was TOO fast and I didn't want to do it so I just watched. We played outside until Mommy had to go to work and then Daddy took us shopping.
7/25/2004	I slept in until 10:30 - Mommy was pretty surprised! Julia was up early though so Mommy and Daddy took turns sleeping and playing with her. Gillian and I met Laney and Alexis (and their mommy and daddy) at Gigglebees for lunch before they left but Daddy and Brad were too sick to come with. I played in the ballpit with Laney and Gillian and we played games too - it was fun!
7/24/2004	We took Daddy's bike to the fix-it shop today so hopefully when he gets it back we can start riding our bikes again! We went to the Irish Fest with Gillian's family and friends from Aberdeen. Gillian, Laney, and I went sliding down the big grass hill on our bottoms until Joel decided to go down on his tummy and we all took turns riding on his back - that was fun! After the festival was over everyone came to our house to play. Julia went to bed but we all stayed up past midnight! I hadn't even taken a nap today so I was pretty tired when everyone left.
7/23/2004	We wore life jackets today at swimming lessons and jumped in the deep end but the teacher caught me. Then we floated and held on the side but I got scared so I had to get out.
7/22/2004	We went to a puppet show this morning and even Julia liked it! Then we walked across the street to my swimming lessons. I didn't want to go down the slide today so I just watched but I did blow bubbles and kicked on the side of the pool!
7/21/2004	The teachers held us so we could float on our backs today in swimming lessons. After our nap, Mommy took me and Julia back to the pool to swim some more since it was SO hot out!
7/20/2004	Today we pretended we were crocodiles in the water at swimming lessons and everyone went down the bigger slide but I didn't want to. I jumped in though and played the other games.
7/19/2004	I started swimming lessons today! I wasn't sure I wanted to go but it was fun - we mostly played in the water and we blew bubbles too. I even went down the little slide into the water so Mommy was impressed. Uncle Tom met me, Julia, and Daddy at the mall for supper and then he came over!
7/18/2004	I played with Ally and Jacey this morning and then after lunch Mommy and Daddy took me and Julia to the lake. Julia sure was happy to sit and play in the sand all day - she went swimming a little bit too. I tried out my new floatie and I played in the sand too. Daddy forgot sunscreen so tonight he started looking red like a lobster.
7/17/2004	Mommy painted outside today so Daddy and I went shopping while Julia napped! After supper we went for a walk and then Daddy made me a purple cow!
7/16/2004	I had art class this morning and Erica from my preschool was there! We decorated bags, painted boxes, and drew a picture - it was a lot of fun. After my nap,we went swimming with Ally and Jacey at the wading pool! We visited Tanner's new sister in the hospital after supper and then we went to JazzFest! There were a lot of people there but Gillian still saw us so they moved their chairs next to ours so we could dance together. Adam and Julia fell asleep after listening to some music but Gillian and I stayed up for the fireworks! We got our faces painted too - well mine was one my arm - I got a colorful spiderweb with a sparkley spider. It was sure a fun night but I was really tired and ready to go home at midnight when the fireworks were done.
7/14/2004	Tanner had a baby sister!! They named her Abigail and she was 8lbs and 14oz! I had my four year pictures taken this morning and Julia even sat with me for two of them - Mommy said we both did a great job! After supper, the ice cream man drove by so we got ice cream treats and then we all went downtown to Hot Summer Nights to see all the corvettes and motorcycles! We danced to the band and then I saw Mrs. LuAnn so we talked for awhile.
7/13/2004	We took Daddy to work today because the truck was getting fixed! After my nap, Mommy took me and Julia to the pool where I am going to have swimming lessons at and we met Andrew and Abby there! I practiced jumping in and Mommy and Kim caught me then Andrew talked me into going down the slide but I didn't like that. They have a sand area there too so we played there for awhile and then we all went out for supper together!
7/12/2004	Daddy took me and Julia to the mall and we ate supper with Tanner, Jason, and Alyssa! Tanner is going to be a big brother in two days!
7/11/2004	I played all morning with Ally and Jacey while Daddy mowed and then after my nap they came over again to swim in my wading pool! We went through the sprinkler too and their Mommy brought over water balloons for us. Julia is 15 months old now!
7/10/2004	We went to the Brookings Art Festival today! Daddy wore Julia on his back in the backpack and she waved at everyone like she was a princess. I filled a bottle with colored sand for a very pretty decoration! And Daddy bought us a big bubble rope so when we got home we played with it and we threw water balloons too! Mommy and Daddy kept getting each other very, very wet but Julia and I just threw them on the ground - it was fun!
7/9/2004	I played with Jacey today and later Ally came over too! We painted with water on the driveway because Grandma Robinson taught Julia how to do that and she played with us! She likes to take her baby with too and whenever she sees a dog outside she gets very excited and starts waving and talking - it is pretty funny! Daddy said she said "ow" back to the cat when she meowed too.
7/8/2004	I had my four year check-up today and I am now 35lbs and 39 1/2 inches tall! I did a great job there and even got a sticker. Mommy and I made 'menus' for my restuarant today - I cut out all the pictures of the food Mommy found for me and then I glued them on a piece of paper. I told her that I like it when she makes things with me. Daddy ended up not having to work late so we all went out to eat at a new restuarant!
7/7/2004	Daddy went to a concert with Gillian's Daddy tonight so Mommy took us shopping and out for supper and then we played outside.
7/6/2004	Mommy cleaned all day since it was rainy out and Julia and I played really nicely Mommy said. Then she had to take us to stand in line for my swimming lessons - it took forever so Daddy came to get us when he got off work and I helped him get supper all ready for when Mommy came home - we surprised her!
7/5/2004	We came home today! I drove with Daddy and Julia went with Mommy. We ate an early supper then Mommy had to go to work - Julia was very mad and cried a lot when she left but we cheered her up.
7/4/2004	Happy Birthday America! Daddy and I went to Grandpa and Grandma Ivey's house while Julia napped and then she and Mommy came later. I helped Grandma make Shrek Cookies - yummy! We went swimming in her wading pool in the backyard and then we ate a yummy supper before going to Wylie Park! We walked through Storybook Land and I went down lots of slides and then we rode the Carousel but Julia didn't like it too much. Finally the fireworks started - Julia woke up for them and watched the whole show but I was so tired I wanted to go sit in the car with Daddy in the middle of them - then we had to go back to Grandma Ivey's to get my blankie because I told Mommy I would NOT go to sleep until I had it.
7/3/2004	We met Grandma and Grandpa Ivey for lunch today and played at their house before our nap! Before supper we went swimming at the wading pool and then we grilled out and ate on the picnic table at Grandma and Grandpa Robinson's. I had even helped pick peas from the garden! We did more fireworks tonight - I sure like them.
7/2/2004	Mommy and I walked over to play with Kyla, Cason, and Colin while Julia napped this morning. Later we both painted outside - I used my new sidewalk paint and Julia used water! Grandpa Robinson took me for a ride on his neighbor's four wheeler and I wasn't even scared! Daddy got here after Julia went to bed so then we did fireworks and I tried my first sparkler.
7/1/2004	Mommy decided it would be fun to go to visit Grandma and Grandpa early so we left right after lunch today! We played and then Mommy went to eat supper with her friend so Grandma and Grandpa Robinson babysat.
6/30/2004	We played outside today in the sprinkler and the wading pool in our backyard. Julia keeps wanting to climb my ladder to my fort and Mommy said it was driving her nuts so I asked her if maybe we shouldn't keep her after all.
6/29/2004	After Julia's nap, we went to the wading pool and met Andrew and Abby there! I was very brave and was playing all over the pool with Andrew and even walking on my hands in the water. Mommy took me and Julia to McDonalds after the pool because Daddy had to work late tonight.
6/28/2004	Happy 35th Anniversary Grandma and Grandpa Robinson! Mommy filled our wading pool so we went swimming after our nap and then Daddy and Uncle Tom took us to the mall while Mommy worked and Julia walked all over the place!
6/27/2004	Uncle Tom came over today and we went and played mini golf together - Daddy wore Julia on his back again. Then Daddy and I raced a go-cart!

6/25/2004	We had Don and Dawn over for supper tonight so we could finally grill out with them before they move. I played with them and then I went to bed all by myself so Mommy and Daddy could stay up and talk to them!
6/24/2004	We had to say good-bye to Bridget this morning and then we headed to Wall Drug. We ate lunch there and played a bit before heading home. Julia and I were very tired so we napped for a long time and then we finally made it here! My cats were very excited to see me and so were Ally and Jacey - they played with me all evening while Mommy unpacked.
6/23/2004	Today was really nice finally! We visited Flintstone Park and even saw Fred and Barney. I liked all the houses, especially the jail in Bedrock. Daddy convinced me to ride the train and then we went back to the cabin for lunch. Julia woke up from our nap early so Mommy and Bridget took her swimming and then Daddy and I joined them later. I didn't want to stop for supper but finally I did and after we grilled I played all evening with the neighbor kids - we pretended we had a campfire and had 24 kids! Then we all walked down to the bonfire again before finally going to bed.
6/22/2004	This morning we went to Mount Rushmore and I was quite excited to use the binoculars there! Then we rode the Alpine Slide - that was great. Daddy and I went first and rode up a long chair lift (Daddy was nervous about me being on this but I thought it was cool) and we rode sleds down this long slide - we went fast too! Mommy and Aunt Bridget went after us. We went back to our cabin to nap with Daddy after that while Mommy and Bridget went shopping and then we drove through Bear Country. Julia really liked this but I was kind of tired so I thought doing Dot to Dots was more exciting. There were lots of bears close to our car even and Julia just kept hooting about them so Mommy and Daddy bought her a cute stuffed bear to remember it. After we grilled we walked across the street again (last night we played mini golf there)this time to buy ice cream!
6/21/2004	I was up very early (5:15) this morning - Mommy said it was because I wasn't used to the time change and I was excited but I wouldn't go back to sleep and Julia soon followed me in waking up so we all were ready to go by 8! We went to Deadwood to visit Herbie since it was really cold out and then we came back to eat lunch at our cabin and take naps. Afterwards we visited Reptile Gardens -I really liked all the snakes. We grilled at our cabin and then we walked down the big hill to the main cabin where they had a bonfire! We even made smores - yummy!
6/20/2004	We left this morning right after breakfast and I colored all the way to Murdo, where we ate lunch. Then both Julia and I napped all the way until Rapid City. We found our cabin and waited for Bridget then we all ate supper at a Brewery in Hill City, which was really close to our cabin.
6/19/2004	We packed all day and got ready for our trip tomorrow. We are going to the Black Hills and Aunt Bridget is going to meet us there so I am very excited.
6/18/2004	Today was my last day of ZooCamp - we saw a King Snake and touched him too! We fed the monkeys and made an animal book. And the teachers gave me a birthday present and all the kids sang Happy Birthday to me. Then our Mommies came and we all got certificates.
6/17/2004	I had ZooCamp again today. We made a monkey frame, went on the train, and visited the screech owl! After camp, we went to Chuck E. Cheese for lunch with Andrew, Abby, and their Mommy! I decided not to nap today because I wanted to play with all my new toys and then we watched my new Herbie movie and ate supper on TV trays - I get very excited when we get to do that! We get to go see Herbie for real very soon!
6/16/2004	Happy Birthday to Me!! It rained all night so ZooCamp was cancelled because their parking lot was underwater - Mommy said we would need a boat to get there! Daddy and Mommy gave me a present with my breakfast - it was a Peter Pan costume! I helped clean out the garage so we could move Neverland there and then we all went out for lunch at McDonalds. After my nap, all my friends came to my party - it was a lot of fun! We played, opened gifts, ate supper and had cupcakes, went on a treasure hunt, and then we pulled ribbons on my pinata and one of them made candy fall out!! After all my friends went home, I even had MORE presents to open from Mommy and Daddy - then we played with some of my new toys.
6/15/2004	We learned about Geckos today in ZooCamp and even touched one! We made Gecko magnets and had "Snap Crackle" bars for our snack (I couldn't remember the real name - rice krispie bars). I am very excited because tomorrow I turn four and I am having my Peter Pan birthday party!!
6/14/2004	I started ZooCamp today! Andrew is going too - our Mommies dropped us off at 9 and then my Mommy had to get me early so I could to my music class. After my nap we went to the mall to wait for Daddy and we played at the new PlayWorld - it was a lot of fun!
6/13/2004	We played outside all day - we swam in our wading pool and played in the sandbox. After supper we went to the park with Evan, his brother, Nolan, and his mommy and daddy! I even rode my bike but Mommy had to push me most of the way.
6/12/2004	Daddy took me and Julia to Zippety Zoo Day at the zoo this morning - we even picked up Jason and Tanner to go with! We watched a frog show, played games, had a snowcone and then ate lunch together! After supper I played with Ally and Jacey - their grandma was visiting so she showed us a new hopscotch game and she made us ice cream cones!
6/11/2004	We went to the wading pool after supper - Julia sure liked it! I went down the turtle slide and Mommy said that made her realize how big I am because it used to be deep for me there but not anymore! After swimming, we put on our pjs and went to the drive-in theater in a little town by our home - it was really neat! We watched Garfield in our car - even Julia thought it was fun to see those cats on the screen.
6/10/2004	Daddy went to Omaha today so we ordered pizza and painted my pirate ship. When he came home Mommy went on a walk with Evan's mom - he is my neighbor but he is shy and hasn't played with me too much yet.
6/9/2004	Mommy had to work tonight so Daddy took us to the mall and we each held one of Julia's hands and walked with her all over!
6/8/2004	Julia WALKED!! Mommy and I were picking up toys and we looked up and there was Julia walking across the living room all by herself without anyone even asking her to. Mommy and Daddy were quite excited.
6/7/2004	My music class started today and Miss Myra is my teacher again! This time I go by myself so Mommy and Julia played outside while they waited for me.
6/6/2004	We went swimming again in our wading pool and Daddy grilled. Mommy started making the pirate ship for my party!
6/5/2004	We went fishing this morning!! I didn't catch anything except for some weeds but the girl next to me did. Daddy and I went to the ribfest afterwards and I tried ribs and liked them! Julia is walking a few steps now. Mommy, Daddy, and I sit in a triangle and Julia walks in between us - it is pretty neat. Mommy was very upset when Smarty Jones didn't win the Belmont today so I asked her if she needed a hug and then I gave her a big one! After Julia went to bed, I played across the street with Alley and Jacey again.
6/4/2004	I got to pick out a fishing pole for an early birthday present today because tomorrow is a fishing derby! I played with Jacey and Ally - we rode our bikes together and then I went swimming in my little pool with Julia - she sure liked climbing in and out of it. She even stood up all by herself a few times without holding on to anything! Mommy was very excited but Daddy kept missing it because he was setting up the tent for us to play in. Mommy and I even tried sleeping in it but after about 30 minutes I still hadn't fallen asleep and told Mommy I was tired of it so we went back inside for the night.
6/3/2004	We walked to the park today and played there until it was Julia's naptime. I decided to "wash" all my toys in the bathtub tonight with my washcloth and when Mommy looked at Julia, she had grabbed her washcloth and was doing the same thing!
6/2/2004	Daddy took me to a puppet show after supper and we were the stars of the show! The 'chef' picked us out of the audience to come eat at his restaurant and so we sat up front the whole time. He was trying to cook a lobster but that silly thing kept getting away from him - it was very funny!
6/1/2004	We went with Mommy to vote today and then we had to take Daddy after supper while Mommy worked. She is going to start helping with paperwork at CJ Banks so she will be working two nights a week now!
5/31/2004	Happy Birthday Grandpa Robinson!! We said goodbye to all of our grandparents and then came back home. Julia decided to climb my stepstool and pretend to brush her teeth before bed - it was pretty funny.
5/30/2004	We played at both Grandma Ivey's and Grandma Robinson's houses today. Then we had a birthday supper and cake for Grandpa Robinson - he even let me help blow out his candles so I could practice for my party!
5/29/2004	It was my preschool friend, Anna's birthday party this afternoon! She had a dinosaur party so we went on a dinosaur dig and she even gave us hats and binoculars. Then we smacked a pinata and had cupcakes - it was sure fun! Mommy and Daddy picked me up and we headed to Aberdeen because Daddy's cousin had a graduation party that we went to.
5/27/2004	We went to the zoo this morning with Andrew and Abby and their mommy - we ran all over the place! Julia sure likes pointing at the animals. We all ate at Wendys afterwards. After our naps, Julia and I played outside all day - it was finally nice out!
5/26/2004	We went to the hospital again to see Adam and play with Gillian and when Daddy got off work we took Gillian with us to go eat pizza! Julia has been saying kitty now!
5/25/2004	Well that silly baby didn't wait until lunch time -Mommy went to Gillian's house at 4am so Dena could go have the baby and then Mommy brought Gillian back to our house in the morning! We played all day long and then her daddy came to take her to see her new baby brother!! We went to see him after supper - he is 10lbs 3oz and 21 1/2 inches long and his name is Adam Bradley!!
5/24/2004	Mommy told me Gillian is going to come over tomorrow at lunch time because Dena is going to have her baby!
5/23/2004	Daddy and Uncle Tom took me to see Shrek 2 today - it was fun! Julia has been climbing the little rocking chair and standing on it and then she laughs - Mommy doesn't think it is so funny though.
5/22/2004	I went out for breakfast with Grandma and Grandpa this morning and then we went shopping. We met Mommy, Daddy, and Julia for lunch and then came back home to nap. Daddy grilled for our supper and then Grandma and Grandpa had to go back home.
5/21/2004	Grandma and Grandpa Robinson left this morning to go visit Aunt Bridget and Grandma and Grandpa Ivey came to see us at supper time!
5/20/2004	I graduated today!! Grandma and Grandpa came with Mommy, Daddy, and Julia to watch me sing and dance and then the teachers gave us diplomas because we are so smart. We decided to eat out for supper when Daddy got home from work and I asked Mommy if we had a lot of money today because I wanted to eat at Red Lobster!
5/19/2004	My preschool class met at the zoo today with our mommys and we walked around and looked at all the animals together. Then we ate our picnic lunches at the park but it started raining so we all ate very fast and went home. Grandma and Grandpa Robinson came to my house after my nap so we played and I showed them how I drive my jeep!
5/16/2004	Mommy finished my room tonight but it had to dry so we didn't put anything back yet. I went shopping with Daddy this afternoon - we went to the nursery and I smelled lots of flowers and had popcorn there!
5/15/2004	It was very dreary and rainy today so Mommy decided to paint my room!! I went to the store with her and picked out pink paint and we started! She even moved by bed into her room so I can sleep in there.
5/14/2004	I told Mommy and Daddy that I was going to sleep on the couch downstairs tonight and they thought I was crazy! But I told them if I had bad dreams I would just come upstairs so they let me and I slept there all night long!
5/13/2004	Today was my last regular day of preschool. Our teachers gave us a present for graduation and we cleaned out our cubbies. After my nap, we went to the library and I got my haircut!!
5/11/2004	We made our Daddys a card today in preschool since we won't be in class for Father's Day. I didn't want to wait to give it to him though - he liked it a lot! We went to Jason and Alyssa's new house for supper and I played with Tanner.
5/9/2004	Happy Mother's Day!! I woke up pretty early this morning because I was so excited to give Mommy her gifts - we gave her a Kim Anderson figurine to add to her collection and the first season of Party Of Five - she was very very excited about that. Daddy brought home sandwiches for supper and we had a picnic in our front yard - it was fun!
5/8/2004	Mommy and I went back out to Andrew and Abby's house this morning and Daddy and Julia came out at lunch time to help too! Then we packed up our stuff that didn't sell and came home for naps. After supper, we went to the park and when we came home the ice cream man was on our street so we had ice cream treats before bed!! He drove a neat red and white striped ice cream truck - and I picked out a SpongeBob on a stick - yummy!
5/7/2004	We had our rummage sale today! I was so excited to help Mommy put things in sacks and give people money that I asked Mommy if we could give our first customer some of our money so she would buy more stuff! We didn't have very many people come to our sale so we moved all of our stuff to Andrew and Abby's house - they had a huge sale and lots of people were there!
5/6/2004	Daddy picked me up from preschool today so I sat in my new booster seat! I gave Mommy my present we made at preschool and she really liked it. She was busy getting our rummage sale ready so we called Allie to come across the street to play with me today - she doesn't go to daycare anymore so now we can play a lot more!
5/5/2004	We met Daddy for lunch today and then after my nap I went swimming in my little pool! Julia didn't come in with me but she liked to splash with her hands and she laughed and laughed. Then we ran through the sprinkler - it was very hot out so that cooled us off.
5/4/2004	We talked about mothers today in preschool and practiced our graduation song! We only have three more regular days of class left. It was very nice outside so we played all afternoon in the backyard!
5/2/2004	Today was the Teddy Bear Picnic and the Kite Fest so we were busy. They had all kinds of games to play at the Teddy Bear Picnic - I even won prizes! And they had rides too - I rode the train and a real pony!! Then we watched the kites but it was pretty chilly so we didn't stay long there.
5/1/2004	Happy May Day!! Daddy brought me a rose home from the store today so Mommy found me a vase - it is very pretty. Julia started walking holding Daddy's hands today and she laughs while she does it so I think she likes it! I have a booster seat now for Daddy's car - I am going to take music classes this summer and now Mommy can drop me off and Daddy can pick me up because they will both have seats for me!
4/29/2004	We made May Day Baskets in preschool today! Mommy finished painting so we put all our toys back and now we get to pick out posters to decorate! Daddy took me and Julia to McDonalds for supper because Mommy went out with a friend.
4/28/2004	Mommy started painting the playroom yellow and I helped while Julia napped. Then we went outside to play because it was very hot out - 89 degrees! Daddy grilled and after supper we all went on a walk.
4/27/2004	We are on the last letter at preschool - Z! We talked about zebras today and we painted flowers for spring. We bought paint today so we can paint my playroom and then we all went to Andrew and Abby's house for a grilling party! There were lots of kids there so we all played outside - it was fun!
4/26/2004	Julia is getting another top tooth - now she will have eight!! We went shopping this morning with Mommy and then she took us out for lunch. Julia got her first pair of tennis shoes!
4/25/2004	We went to the circus today! Julia really liked the animals - she started babbling and pointing everytime they came out. I think her favorite was the tigers. There was a 7 year old boy on the highwire and I hid because I was scared for him but I liked all the rest! And I told Daddy my favorite part was getting my toy light-up wand!
4/24/2004	It rained all day so we were stuck inside. I went with Daddy to work for awhile and then after Julia went to bed, I played games with Mommy and Daddy.
4/23/2004	Gillian came over after supper and played with me while her Mommy and Daddy went out for awhile. We drove my jeep and played dress-up!
4/22/2004	It was Yellow Day today so I wore my yellow Cinderella shirt to preschool and we ate our yellow yogurt yummies we made last time! Julia and I played outside after our nap and she practiced walking in the yard - but it was much harder to push that walker with all the bumps so Mommy had to help.
4/21/2004	Happy Birthday Aunt Bridget! I practiced my roller skating again today outside. Julia is pushing her walker all around now - Mommy keeps trying to get her to walk with her holding hands but she doesn't like that at all! I took a very long nap today and when I woke up, I asked Mommy if we had had breakfast yet - she thought that was funny.
4/20/2004	Today we talked about the letter "Y" in preschool and made a snack with yogurt for next time - which will be Yellow Day! Julia got her pictures taken today - she smiled a lot so Mommy was very happy. And she hasn't had a bottle in over a week!! After supper, we went and bought Daddy a new car - it is yellow and has a window on the roof!
4/19/2004	I went with Daddy to his Dr. Appt today and watched them "cook" his new cast!! This one is much better because it is just for his hand and he can take it off to shower so he is happy about that.
4/18/2004	We met Kyla, Cason, and Colin at Chuck E Cheese for lunch with Chad and Jeni of course! Julia really laughed and got excited to see Chuck E - until he got really close then she was scared. After my nap, I played outside with Mommy and then storm clouds came and it hailed and was very very windy! We thought our windows were going to break. Daddy brought me a piece of hail inside but it was SOO cold so I asked Mommy if she would make me hot chocolate after I held it - she thought that was pretty funny.
4/17/2004	Julia will walk behind her walker now for a few steps before going back to walking on her knees! We looked at more cars today and Daddy brought one home to try out for awhile - it is yellow and I really like it!
4/16/2004	We just stayed home today since Daddy took the truck to work. I took Daddy's parking spot with my jeep now since he doesn't have a car anymore. We walked to the bank today and put our Easter money in our savings accounts and then walked home to play in the sandbox - that is Julia's favorite! She gets very excited and flaps her arms when Mommy takes the cover off!
4/15/2004	Daddy stayed home from work today to rest his arm and he brought the xray to my preschool. We also played with xylophones today. Uncle Tom came over after lunch and we went and saw Daddy's car and took all his things out of it. Julia and I played outside today because it was really nice and we even grilled and ate supper on the deck with Uncle Tom!! Mommy is very excited because Julia has not had a bottle in four days so she said she is going to pack them up now - Julia is getting to be a little girl now and not a baby (I'm the BIG girl so Julia can't be).
4/14/2004	We had Gillian and Dena come over to play this morning and then Daddy called at lunchtime because he was in a car accident! So Dena stayed to watch us - she even made us lunch! - and Mommy went to get Daddy and take him to the hospital. He broke his hand and had to have a cast on it. We don't know if his car can be fixed yet or not. I am supposed to bring an X-Ray to my school tomorrow if I have any and so Mommy told Daddy he was sure a good parent to go break his hand just so I could have my X-Ray!!
4/13/2004	Today we talked about X at preschool! And our teachers told us in May we get to graduate and have our parents come watch and we get cookies and juice! I told Daddy we graduate because we are so smart. Julia had her one year appointment today and she is 20lbs 12oz and 30 inches long!! She had to have one shot and I reminded Mommy to bring her paci so she wouldn't cry too much.
4/12/2004	Julia showed Jason and Alyssa how she likes to drop her sippy cup and say "uh-oh" - she did it over and over again. Daddy got Julia to sleep without her bottle tonight so Mommy was very excited.
4/11/2004	Happy Easter and Happy Birthday Julia!! Julia helped me find the Easter Eggs that the Easter Bunny hid and then we ate some yummy peeps. Daddy grilled and Mommy made us salads for our lunch and then we ate our bunny cake!! Julia opened her last gifts too and then we played.
4/10/2004	After my nap, Mommy and I went to a movie at the theater!! It was called Home on the Range - it was pretty silly - cows were singing in it! Daddy took Julia shopping and she kept throwing his keys on the floor and saying "uh oh". I helped Mommy make a bunny cake for Easter tomorrow - it is going to be Julia's real birthday too!
4/9/2004	I got a postcard from Andrew - he is in Disney World!! Julia likes to walk along the couch now. And after she went to bed, I played a grown-up game (Life) with Mommy and Daddy - it was fun!!
4/8/2004	We played Easter games at preschool today - I had to carry an egg on a spoon and then we tossed the eggs back and forth! We also crushed candy with hammers to make stained glass cookies and that is what we had for our snack - they were sure yummy!
4/7/2004	It was nice out again today so after Julia and I napped, Mommy took us to the zoo. We saw a baby monkey and a baby calf - Julia really liked the big brown bear and the jaguar the best! Then we met Daddy and Don and Dawn for supper!
4/6/2004	We talked about Easter today in preschool and made crosses too! We also had our eyes and ears checked. AND our teacher had baby ducks hatching out of eggs in an incubator - we even got to pet the older ones and let them run around for a bit!! Daddy and I ate lunch in my fort and then after our naps, Julia and I played outside all afternoon. After supper Mommy and Daddy took us on a bike ride - we rode in the bike trailer - and we stopped for ice cream too!
4/5/2004	Daddy had today off so we slept in and then we went out for lunch at a new restaurant - they had peanut butter, honey, banana sandwiches there - yummy!! Mommy had to work after supper so Daddy played with me and Julia outside. I rode my bike up and down the sidewalk.
4/4/2004	We played with Grandma and Grandpa Ivey this morning and then went over to the Robinsons to play some more. Julia was very crabby - Mommy said she just had such a big day with her party yesterday that she needed a very long nap so after supper we got in our pajamas and headed home.
4/3/2004	Happy Early Birthday Julia! We had Julia's party at Great-Grandma Ivey's community room! We had lunch together and then ate cake and opened presents. Julia really liked the ball I gave her. She sure got messy eating her cake too - Mommy said she wasn't at all dainty like I was when I turned one. After the party Julia stayed with Grandma and Grandma Ivey and I went to a wedding reception with Mommy and Daddy. Gillian was there too so we danced together - it was fun but I was sure tired by bedtime!
4/2/2004	We had to get the oil changed in our truck today so Julia and I came along and then we went shopping and ate lunch out - it was a fun morning! Now we are packing because tomorrow is Julia's birthday party in Aberdeen!!
4/1/2004	I had mud and worms for my snack at preschool today! April Fools!!! This is what our teacher told us but really it was pudding and gummy worms. I got Daddy today too - I told him there was a hold in his shoe and then I said April Fools! I rode my jeep finally and I am not scared of it anymore - it is so much fun! Even Julia liked it - we went all over in the backyard.
3/30/2004	We learned about the letter W today and all about whale tongues! We even went to the Washington Pavillion - I made the hot air balloon go up in the air. But we were so busy that we didn't have time for a snack and I made sure to remind Mommy and Daddy of this many, many times today. While I was at preschool, Julia climbed the stairs!! Mommy said she was in the kitchen and thought Julia was in the living room playing but when she went to check on her, she was upstairs playing with the kitty!
3/29/2004	We had to take the cats to the Vet today and she said they are eating way too much so now Mommy has to measure out their food - I told her that was sad. I made sure to explain it to Shelby though and told her it would help her not get sick! Did you know Julia can do "so big" now? I don't do that anymore because that is for babies (I made sure to tell Uncle Tom this) but it is fun to watch Julia do it!
3/28/2004	Julia's top tooth came through finally so now she officially has seven teeth! She likes to eat blueberry waffles with me for breakfast now - actually she pretty much eats anything I do. She is going to be one in two weeks!
3/27/2004	Mommy was sick today so she didn't go to Aberdeen. We stayed home and slept and then after supper we dyed Easter Eggs!!
3/26/2004	Oh I forgot to tell you that I picked out Julia's birthday present yesterday while we were shopping! I got her a Mickey Mouse ball - she tried to peek but I hid it from her. Mommy and Daddy are giving her a teeter-totter, but shhh-don't tell her! I had a bad sore throat today and my eyes were all puffy so Mommy took me to the Dr. and I got medicine. Our neighbor, Casey, came over to stay with Julia while we went becauae she was napping and Mommy didn't want to wake her.
3/25/2004	We learned about the letter V today in preschol and we are talking about Easter too - we made lambs because Jesus calls us his little lambs. Julia got two more bottom teeth and is getting one more on top so she will have seven teeth!!! I helped Mommy clean out the truck today and then we switched Julia's carseat around - she can face forwards now!!! We went to the store and Mommy said she looked awful confused about her new view. but I think she likes it.
3/24/2004	We had Andrew and Abby over to play this morning and we decided to eat lunch in the fort outside!! After my nap, we played outside again - Julia likes to crawl around in the yard. I made supper for Mommy with pinecones and leaves and we had a picnic. It was SO nice outside today - we played barefoot and even Tom came over to get his motorcycle after supper because it was so nice.
3/23/2004	I was very tired and didn't feel up to going to preschool today so I just stayed home and rested. It was pretty nice outside after my nap so we played and Julia crawled in the grass. After supper Daddy took me and Julia in the wagon to visit Jason and Alyssa. Tanner and I rolled down the hill together.
3/22/2004	Daddy and Mommy told me about the car museum where Herbie lives and when we went to visit it - it was closed!! I was SO sad but Mommy found out that he is in Deadwood now so when we go there this summer we can visit him! Daddy and I taught Julia how to clap when you say "yaaaay!" to her!
3/21/2004	Uncle Tom came over again today! I played with the neighbor girls for awhile and then Uncle Tom grilled us steaks and hotdogs - Julia ate a whole one all by herself!! She is starting to drink real milk now too instead of baby formula. After supper we all went out for ice cream - it was yummy!
3/20/2004	We went to Gillian's birthday party today! She had a Strawberry Shortcake party and I even brought my dolls too. We had strawberry muffins, strawberry punch, gingersnap cookies, strawberries & oranges, and of course cake! It was a very fun party. After supper I watched Herbie the LoveBug movie and really liked it - I started crying when the yellow car tried to run Herbie off the road!
3/19/2004	It was very nice out so we played outside all afternoon - Julia even crawled in the grass and played in my sandbox. She kept wanting to eat the sand! Uncle Tom, Jason, Alyssa, and Tanner came over and we grilled and then Tanner and I played together - it was fun!
3/18/2004	Happy Birthday Uncle Tom!! He has to work today so he is going to come over tommorow. Dena, Brad, and Gillian came over tonight after supper and we played!
3/17/2004	Happy St. Patrick's Day! Mommy took us to the parade this afternoon - even Julia liked it! Mommy tried to give Julia a pickle today but she wouldn't even hold it - I loved pickles when I was a baby but I guess Julia doesn't. She liked playing with the green jello though - but she kept spitting it back out. Mommy said it must feel funny to her.
3/16/2004	We learned about the letter U today and made baby chicks holding umbrellas! I went with Daddy to get green donuts for his work tommorow and then Julia and I had a splashing contest in the bathtub.
3/15/2004	It snowed again today - Mommy wasn't very happy about that! We made green jello jigglers for St. Patricks Day and cut them into shamrocks even! Daddy took us to McDonalds for supper since Mommy had to work and Julia shared my chicken mcnuggets and liked them!
3/14/2004	Mommy and I went to church today all by ourselves. Julia is too wiggly and she needed to nap anyway so she stayed home with Daddy.
3/12/2004	We had pizza tonight and Julia ate over 1/2 of a piece!! She is eating a lot more food now that Mommy is taking some of her bottles away. We play "where is Julia" with her and she hides her eyes and then peeks - it makes me laugh!
3/11/2004	I wore my tie and took my Teddybear today. We went to the library for a puppetshow during school too - that was fun!! And Daddy was at school to pick me up with Mommy becuase they had conferences with my teacher. I was so excited about Daddy coming I even told him Thank You! Tonight was Daddy's last night of darts so we went out to eat with Dena, Brad, and Gillian at the "dart alley". I guess it is really a restuarant/bar though. After eating we watched them play darts for a little bit and then came home so Julia could go to bed.
3/10/2004	We went bowling with Andrew and Abby this morning! It was a lot of fun and then we all went out to eat lunch. After supper Daddy helped me pick out one of his ties to wear tomorrow because it is tie and teddy bear day!
3/9/2004	We talked about the letter T in preschool today! We colored a train and practiced tracing the number 10! It was very nice out today so after our naps, Mommy took me and Julia outside. I rode my bike and Mommy pushed Julia in my car! Then we swang and went down the slide.
3/8/2004	Lexxy and her mommy and baby sister came over this morning to play! Julia was very interested in their baby - she kept wanting to poke her.
3/6/2004	We went out to eat with Jason, Alyssa, and Tanner tonight to celebrate because they are married now! Then they came over and Tanner and I played all night - it was fun.
3/5/2004	Uncle Tom came over to play with me today because he didn't have to work. After supper Mommy and Daddy took me and Julia to the Pavillion to play!
3/4/2004	Daddy came to pick me up from preschool today - I was so excited!! I asked him to come since I was the Star and he did! Then we picked up lunch and brought it home to Mommy and Julia. Julia is waving a lot now - she kind of flings her whole arm but we know it is a wave.
3/3/2004	We went to Gillian's house today to play! Gillian and I played a game with poker chips - we flung them on her bed and then we had to take off all her blankets and sheets off to find them. Dena and Mommy were a little surprised at the mess when they came upstairs. After Julia and I napped, Mommy took us with to the eye doctor so she could get new contacts. I helped point at all the letters Mommy had to read and I tickled Julia so she stopped crying too.
3/2/2004	I am Star of the Week at preschool - I have been so excited for it to be my turn and now it is!! Mommy and I brought pictures of my family and my cats to hang up on the board and I get to be the leader in the line when we go to chapel and the gym! We didn't learn a new letter today - we just made kites and ran around with them to fly them.
2/29/2004	Grandma and Grandpa left this morning and we were lazy all day. Mommy has a cold now too so we just watched movies and napped on the couch.
2/28/2004	We played again all day and Julia showed Grandma and Grandpa how she is trying to stand up! Mommy and Daddy got home after I ate supper and I told them all about all the fun we had. They had fun too but Daddy has a bad cold and I think I am getting it too.
2/27/2004	I played all day with Grandma and Grandpa - we played store, restaurant, Cinderella, and Peter Pan. We made Julia laugh too and looked at books with her.
2/26/2004	Julia is trying to stand up! She pulls up to her knees now and so Mommy and I clapped and she even got up to her feet once but fell down right away. Grandma and Grandpa Robinson came tonight because Mommy and Daddy are going out of town tomorrow.
2/24/2004	We took my star snacks today for S week at preschool. After our naps Mommy took me and Julia to the bank and we put our piggy bank change in our savings accounts - I told Daddy that they would give it back to us though when we asked for it.
2/22/2004	I went to work with Daddy today for awhile and then Mommy and I made star jello jigglers for preschool!
2/21/2004	It was very nice outside today so Mommy and I made a snowman and then Daddy and I made a tunnel and a snowfort!
2/20/2004	I had my very first dentist appointment today and it was neat! I watched the 101 Dalmations while they cleaned my teeth and I even had xrays too. Then I got a prize and a balloon along with a new toothbrush. Julia was sick this morning so Mommy had to take her to the doctor too. She slept most of the day so Mommy and I played lots of games.
2/19/2004	We had Red day at preschool so I wore a red dress and we played a game where you had to find a red rectangle. We painted rainbows and had a rainbow colored snack too! I played outside today before lunch all by myself and told Daddy that I climbed a mountain out by our fence.
2/18/2004	After Julia and I napped, Mommy took us out to Andrew and Abby's house to play! We went outside because it was so nice and we made two snowmen. Then Daddy came over there too and we all ate supper together.
2/17/2004	We learned about the letter R today in preschool! I told Mommy all about rattlesnakes and why they have rattles - because if you hear it they are telling you to go away otherwise they might bite you!
2/15/2004	We playd Peter Pan today (again) - I always get mad at Mommy when she talks if I tell her she is Tinkerbell because Tink doesn't talk!! So I let her be Wendy now instead and Julia is Tinkerbell. I watched the race cars with Daddy today!
2/14/2004	We went to the mall this morning and had lunch there too! Then after Julia and I napped, Grandma and Grandpa Ivey were at our house. We played and then went out for supper with them before they went back to Aberdeen.
2/12/2004	I didn't have preschool today so we stayed home all day. Julia and I both have colds and were pretty crabby so I think Mommy was glad she had inventory at the store tonight.
2/10/2004	We had our Valentine's Day Party at school today! I handed out all my valentines and Mrs. LuAnn told Mommy that I could read almost all of them on my own! We played musical chairs, had heart cookies, and made a stained glass heart decoration at our party - it was fun! Julia and Mommy even came for some of it.
2/8/2004	Uncle Tom came over and ate supper with us tonight and then we watched some of the Grammys - I was mad that Brittney wasn't singing! Julia is starting to get her fifth tooth now.
2/7/2004	We went shopping this morning and then ate lunch out. After supper Dena, Brad, and Gillian came over to play so we had a lot of fun!
2/6/2004	Daddy had today off so we went sledding at the park this morning! Mommy was grumpy since she didn't get to go on her trip so we tried to cheer her up today.
2/5/2004	Mrs. LuAnn was sick today so we made her a quilt to help her feel better and that starts with the letter Q! Mommy waited outside for me this time so I was happy when she picked me up. It is snowing a lot today so Grandma and Grandpa didn't come and Mommy and Daddy aren't going skiing anymore.
2/4/2004	Happy Birthday Daddy!! Mommy, Julia and I made a cake for him and made him supper too. Then he opened his presents. Julia has her top two teeth now so maybe she won't be so crabby anymore!
2/3/2004	My teacher called Mommy today and said they were going to be outside to get us and to bring us back out so the Moms didn't have to drag the babies out of their carseats. I was very mad though because Mommy didn't listen and she came in to get me - so she said she would do it right next time. Aaron came over today and we ate supper together!
2/1/2004	It was nice out today so Mommy and I played in the snow - she even pulled me in my sled!! Then we got ready for our SuperBowl party - Jason and Alyssa came over to watch it with us.
1/31/2004	I went to Ally's birthday party - she lives across the street from me and turned 4!! Mommy walked me over there but I stayed all by myself. Uncle Tom was over when I got home and Julia was sick so we were busy all evening.
1/30/2004	Mommy took me and Julia to the play gym this morning and Dena and Gillian were there too! We went to the library together and then they came over to our house for lunch and playtime. I was sure tired when they went home.
1/29/2004	I wore my Nemo Pajamas that Grandma made me to my pj party at school today! We watched VeggieTales and laid on our pillows and had popcorn - it was a lot of fun.
1/28/2004	I have a desk now for my computer!! I was getting very mad at Julia all the time because she liked to smack my keyboard while I was playing games and so Daddy cleared off an old desk and now I can sit up there and Julia can't reach!
1/27/2004	We learned about the letter P today in preschool! We made valentine decorations today and next time we get to paint in our pajamas and eat popcorn and sit on our pillows while we watch a movie!
1/26/2004	Cason and I played again all day. Colin and Julia played too but she can't quite keep up with him - she sure tried though! They had to leave at supper time so they could go home to Aberdeen. Uncle Tom came over to eat supper with us and then we all went outside to shovel after Julia went to bed.
1/25/2004	Cason and Colin and their Mommy and Daddy came today! It snowed and snowed so we have to shovel tomorrow. I played with Cason and before bed we watched Peter Pan.
1/24/2004	We went to a fancy new restaurant and Mommy said I did a very good job showing my good manners there. I even reminded Daddy he shouldn't have his elbows on the table - my preschool teacher taught me that!
1/23/2004	Mommy and Julia came with me to Art Class this morning. We made snowflakes with beads and pipecleaners, we glued a snowman magent and we cut out circles to make a polarbear! Then we played at the open gym and they had neat toys there so I was really sad when it was time to go home. Daddy came home early though and I went back to work with him and played on his computer for awhile so that was fun. Then after supper we went to Kid's Night and they had games where you won candy! Andrew, Abby, and Gillian were there too so we danced and Gillian and I got our faces painted!
1/22/2004	I wore my overalls today and I was the only one who remembered to tell their Mommy. Mrs. LuAnne said she just thought she would see if anyone remembered and was very impressed that I did!! Julia doesn't feel very well so she slept a lot today.
1/21/2004	Julia is getting a cold so she has been crying a lot! But before that she was starting to talk babytalk a lot and I think she can say mamama!! I am trying to get her to say Callie now too.
1/20/2004	We learned about the letter O today in preschool. We played in the water table and pretended it was an ocean and we made an Octupus! I told Mommy that next time I was supposed to wear clothes with bottons on my shoulders! It took her a bit to figure out I meant overalls.
1/18/2004	Mommy and Daddy took me and Julia to Chuck E Cheese for lunch today - Julia sure liked watching all the lights and kids! Then we went shopping.
1/17/2004	I went out for breakfast with Grandma and Grandpa this morning and then shopping. We ate lunch at my house and then played before they left for home. We watched a movie tonight and I ate my supper on a tv tray - that was neat!
1/16/2004	Happy Birthday Grandma Ivey!! They came to Sioux Falls tonight so we went out to eat with them and then they came to our house to eat the birthday cake Mommy and I made Grandma.
1/15/2004	Mommy hurt her finger last night on the stairs so today she had to go to the Dr and they put a splint on it - I asked lots of questions about it because I am going to be a real doctor someday. Daddy picked me up from preschool today and we brought lunch home! It was so nice out that we went outside again to practice on my bike and then we had a snowball fight with our neighbors, with the little bit of snow that was left anyway!
1/14/2004	I was so tired last night that Julia and I both went to bed at 7:30 and I still slept in til 8:30 this morning! Then I even took a nap today, which made Mommy very happy. Our mailbox broke today so Daddy bought a new one and I put the numbers on it!
1/13/2004	We talked about the letter N in preschool and we made Snowmen and put them on blue paper so it could be Night time for them and then we decorated our hallway with them. I told Mommy it was ok they were up there because last week I cried and cried when I had to leave my snowflake there so my teacher finally let me take it home.
1/12/2004	Julia is nine months old now so she had her doctor's appointment today. She is 20lbs and 28 inches long! She had one shot but she didn't cry too much. It was very nice out today so I practiced riding my bike with Mommy.
1/11/2004	We went bowling today! It was SO much fun - I picked out my own ball and they even had funny shoes for me to wear. I used a slide to push my ball down but I tried pushing it myself too a couple of times and it made it all the way to the pins! I got 75 and Mommy and Daddy barely hit 100 and they were using my bumpers too!! They need to practice so hopefully we can go again.
1/10/2004	Daddy took me out for breakfast this morning and then we went shopping. Jason, Tanner, and Alyssa came over for supper and we played all night long!
1/9/2004	Mommy took me and Julia to storytime at the library this morning and Gillian was there too! After supper I helped Daddy lower Julia's crib because Mommy was afraid she would figure out how to pull up and fall out of it!
1/8/2004	I didn't nap again yesterday so I was very tired this morning - Mommy had to wake me up to get to preschool in time! We played a matching mittens game with our mittens - the teacher hid ours and we had to find them! Uncle Tom came over tonight so he could take his motorcycle to Jason's garage.
1/7/2004	Mommy and I have been having so much fun playing Barbies with my new Barbie furniture - Daddy isn't sure which one of us likes it more!!
1/6/2004	I went back to preschool today - I was so excited to be back, I told Mommy she could leave right after we got there! We talked about the letter M today. I finally took a nap today - I haven't been taking them lately but I just couldn't keep my eyes open during lunch.
1/5/2004	I took Jason a birthday card I made for him while Mommy was working. Julia fell asleep sitting on his lap and I fell asleep on the way home - I guess we were very tired!
1/4/2004	We had to eat breakfast and leave early this morning because I was invited to Holly's birthday party - I go to preschool with her. Mommy and I went as soon as we got back home - it was at Gigglebees. I was brave and decided to jump in the ball pit at the end of the party.
1/3/2004	Today we went to the Mall of Amercia right when it opened. The first thing Mommy wanted to do was get our picture taken in old dress up clothes - that was fun! I wore a neat dress and fancy hat - so did Mommy and Julia and Daddy wore a cowboy hat!! Then I rode the carousel with Daddy, we ate lunch and watched the Snoopy show. I was very tired so Mommy and Daddy headed to the car but Julia and I both fell asleep in our strollers so they changed their minds and shopped til supper!! Then we had supper at our motel and went swimming again.
1/2/2004	We left for Minneapolis this morning! We ate lunch on the way and rested at our motel for a little bit before going to Erin's house. We ordered pizza (but Connor and Julia had to eat babyfood) and we played with Erin's toys! She has a haircutter just like mine and a neat puppet theater too. After we got back to the motel we all went swimming - Julia too but it was very cold so Mommy didn't think she liked it too much.
